“The pharmacist Janik who I know as Johnny has excellent vaccination skills and administered my Shingrix vaccine that I barely felt.
I previously worked a few days giving Covid vaccinations with Johnny at the Champlain and Perrin store. He has now transferred to the store in Prather. I had delayed getting that vaccine as a few friends told me their arm was so sore after receiving the vaccine. My Dr kindly reminded me yearly that the pain of Shingles was going to be far more severe than any soreness from the injection. I barely felt any soreness the next day or any side effects whatsoever.
A friend who went with me received her flu vaccine and said she didn't even feel the injection.
I worked as an RN with several CVS pharmacies during Covid. All of the staff are so dedicated and hard working.
If you are a wimp like me when it comes to getting an injection take the short drive to Prather. Johnny has a great personality and wonderful sense of humor and he will make your day!”
