Neither Walgreens nor CVS was necessary for me to acquire my prescriptions. Their home delivery service makes it easy to keep up with your medication regimen without leaving the comfort of your home. Convenience is a top priority for me. Amy, the pharmacy technician I spoke with, was accommodating and pleasant. I suggest this pharmacy to anyone who needs their prescriptions filled quickly and easily.”

I don't know his name but he is a younger Asian gentleman and I can't say how appreciative I am of him and the staff that have always been consistent and friendly.”

“These folks really like their jobs. This isn't something you can teach in a class. These employees were brought up right. They have old fashioned, good manners. Every time I go in, I get greeted with a smile, and a hello, and they say my name ! This is refreshing. How many places do you go shopping nowadays where they remember your name? Not too many, I bet. The prices on medicines, General merchandise, and food, are comparable to the Food 4 Less, right next door ! At the pharmacy, Freddie and everyone else greets me with a smile, and a hello, and my name, as do the other pharmacy employees. This Rite Aid knows customer service, and never disappoints on prices, and in stock conditions.”

Really easy to pay there or use the app but the last couple times it wasn't allowing me to use the app , which sucks because I don't carry the card with me and sadly the employees aren't around . I choose the santa clarita one over this one .”
“This place is a hidden gem but they were very courteous and quick! We were in and out within 10 minutes. When you have a child that's not feeling well, every minute counts. “Thank you so much Sam's club for having the best optometrist working there I got to say Erica S. is by far someone that saved my life. I came into her last minute with my eyeglass issues and I swear without her I would not be able to see. She fixed my glasses and I was on my way but before I left I came back and I bought a new pair. Because she was able to answer all my questions and I knew in the future if I have any issues this was a place to go and if anybody needs any help trust me you want to come in and ask for Erica .I really wasn't looking forward to buying a new set of glasses but after she fixed my first pair of glasses and she helped me with the rest of my issues that I was having I was sold knowing that this was the only place that I'll ever have to go to get all my eye vision needs. “My wife and I had flu shots there on 6 Oct 2023. Easy online appointments and personal data input online so no paperwork to do when we showed up. They were ready for us and went into the room to get our shots after a very short wait due to them being so busy. Pharmacist Sedigheh Ghassemi was very nice and administered our flu shots. Have our Covid boosters in a couple of weeks there as well. Nice place no issues much better than Walgreens for sure. Highly recommend the Pharmacy staff they were so kind and apologized for the very short 10min delay. That goes along way and appreciate all their hard work being so busy.”

“Last night I was trying to see where to go for photos and my mom suggested Walgreens. I was a lil skeptical because I'm use to Kinko or Walmart. Well I'm happy we went because we had two of the best best employees helping. In photos Jasmine was so helpful I wasn't sure how to use the kiosk or pick the right photo but she was super patient and helpful. I also enjoyed the cashier Jennifer attitude she was also friendly and helpful, both of these ladies didn't know how bad or sad my day was but the Customer service from them made my night!!”

“I was in need of new nebulizer tubing and was told by the pharmacist at Walgreens to check another local independent pharmacy. I went over there and got "Burned" with poor service and their policy that you need a prescription for nebulizer tubing. I was confused by this thinking she thought I needed an actual machine, but they require a prescription for some reason. You can buy them on Amazon (but I needed it right away) without a prescription. So, I called Quartz Hill Pharmacy (drove right past it leaving Walgreens to go to the other pharmacy) and the very friendly lady checked their stock and confirmed that they had it. I stopped by and was in and out in less than 2 minutes for only $2.61. Very friendly, fast , and prompt service. Will be checking my insurance and look in to transferring my prescriptions here.”
