This title company has blatant disregard for customer service and all that it entails. They are not willing to work with the buyers, they want you to do their work for them and then want to delay the process of documents. I wouldnt recommend this company if you can help it.

This company is the worst. left hand does not know what the right hand is doing. Terrible follow up, rude employees, they are broken. If you have an option take your title / escrow needs to another company.

I called and a woman named Linda was extremely rude right off the bat.I just needed help with how to go about gifting a down payment. (MIND YOU THIS IS MY FIRST TIME EVER DEALING WITH BUYING A HOUSE) so you can imagine how little I actually know about this.She could literally care less, she could have been a little more kind about it all and directed me in the right way. But instead was almost yelling at me over the phone and rambling on about how I couldn’t receive any information because no one told her I was to gift a down payment. It honestly made me feel very overwhelmed.Absolutely shocked that she talks to people like that.

I had a great experience with Cal-Seirra Title in Quincy and Graeagle. they were very prompt in replying to emails with the questions I had, very professional, and timely. I would recommend them to anyone with title needs.
