The last time i payed my bill in cash, the man said i could pay the bills online. So i did that next time i got propane. Around a year later im getting charged for the last bill i payed in cash. It shows no balances on the bill until later in the year. No bill until a year later. They say i need to pay that bill or there going to turn me into collections.

I was concerned about our tank running empty. We just bought and moved into our home near Portola. When I used the on line ordering, the bot operator said a week out at soonest for our delivery at least.However, Jeremy, our delivery professional and driver was at the house the next morning. Very courteous, cheerful and helpful. He took the time to explain our in ground tank and monitoring system. He really did a great job and extraordinary customer service. Thanks!

Signed up for account, never received any documents or contracts in the mail. Moths later when i came home to no gas, called and my account was on hold for non payment. They had the physical address instead of mailing. Called multiple times, received automated system and left my number. No call back for days. Signed up with another company and they were there within an hour.

Spent 2 weeks trying to get them to replace a main shut off valve on tank which required replacing the tank. Still no response so I had to call 911 since the valve still leaks

I am extremely disappointed with Ferrellgas. The only reason I haven't canceled them is that our community receives a discount. My contract with them is a "keep full". However, after having Ferrellgas for more than 4 years, I'm the only one watching my tank levels. Every winter, I run empty because they won't come out soon enough. I've twice had to pay an emergency fee from High Sierra to have them come out. Ferrellgas is horrible.

The Myferrellgas said out for delivery should have been delivered by 12 pm checked at 3pm no delivery status? Called truck broke down, would have been appreciated if we knew so I could have made arrangements Due to the fact that my daughter with Down syndrome needs a shower ? my heat for the house is propane stove as well, very unprofessional, no communication

Would give them zero stars if I could. What a shitty company. If you live in an area with any amount of snow these are not your guys. Multiple times I have made sure there is a path for these idiots to get through to my tank and they just pull up and drive away. Don't even get their lazy asses out of their truck to see if there was in fact a path. Twice they have left my gate open and let my dogs out of the yard. Price rates suck too. Customer service is obsolete as well. They don't give a crap about their customers. I will definitely be filing a complaint with the BBB and utilizing social media. What a joke they are.

I've been waiting 2 weeks for a propane delivery, and just got told it'll be delayed for almost another week. I prepaid for this propane. Nearly 3 week delivery time for a utility company that has local offices and trucks is alarming to say the least.
