I usually don't say anything bad about my neighborhood stores, but the local Rite Aid really to step up their game.This Pharmacy is the worst place I have ever had to go to in order to get my prescriptions filled. Most of the time I have to go for 3-4 days after running out of my medication because Rite Aid doesn't keep track of my "automatic refills".Even when I call the Pharmacy and speak to them, they fail to fill my prescriptions on time.Due to my new insurance company I am no longer able to go to the pharmacy of my choice, and so I have to accept Rite Aid's incompetent pharmacist and their horrible customer service.

I HAVE NEVER HAD SOMEONE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE SPEAK TO ME SO RUDELY IN MY LIFE!! THIS RITE AID WILL NOT BE GETTING MY BUSINESS AGAIN!! I RECOMMEND YOU SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND GO TO A DIFFERENT PHARMACY!! THIS PHARMACIST SHOULD NOT BE IN CUSTOMER-SERVICE!! SHE IS A VERY NASTY PERSON!!

The VERY WORST service I've ever dealt with! The pharmacist is THE RUDEST person in customer service I've ever come across in my life! I will never ho there again! She was even so rude to my Doctor that they refused to call my scripts in there anymore! Do yourself a favor and choose a different pharmacyIt's been over 2 weeks and they still haven't gotten my prescription ready for pickup! Unbelievable!!

Don’t try to quit smoking in Quincy. Rite Aid doesn’t keep the patches stocked. Sometimes you can get but don’t count on it. Talk about lack of support. Twice I’ve had to drive to Reno to get patches. What is it about Quincy? Should rename the town Settlefor!

My wife went into the pharmacy to try to get a prescription filled and Larry Gordon an employee belittled her to the point where she sat in the car for 30 minutes crying. We will never be going back. I do hope I can speak with his supervisor about his treatment of customers.

Pharmacy too slow. Customer service in the rest of the store almost non-existent. Wish it were better.

Rite aid pharmacy has given me the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I was backed up 21 days on my medications because of my disability and they screwed all of my medication up and I went 4 times for them to tell me the computers are messed up. One day they had me stand there for over an hour!

Love, love, love the Rite Aid! Everyone that works there are so friendly and helpful. Tanny is an Excellent Manager and goes above and beyond for his workers and customers. Also April is an excellent associate, always makes me feel cared about the second I walk in. Keep up the good work!!

I'm from southern california but visit quincy to see family frequently. Both times I've tried to fill a prescription here they didnt have it in stock and took almost a week to get it. Then the second time I was told that they "dont fill prescriptions from out of town". I asked what law this was and they said it was a company policy. I have been unable to find documentation of any such policy, and my doctor said that he's never heard of anything like it. After pushing the pharmacist for more information he changed his statement to only being able to fill 5 days worth of medication, even though my doctor sent the electronic prescription for 30 days. This pharmacy just makes up rules as they go along and pretends like they know more about you and what you need than your own doctor. I will never go to a rite aid again and will report this pharmacy to the rite aid corporate office.

After today I have to say I am very grateful to the Pharmacist who were right on it when I needed my medicine and insurance transferred from another County. They are also very polite and helpful with giving information on medications. As for the front store, it isn't that bad. From what I've observed they do call someone if the line is long and if they don't, the wait isn't that long considering people never buy a tone of stuff. They are also polite.
