Friendly, helpful, showed me why the OEM Forest River tire blew; tread separation in the heat, factory tires overloaded from the get go. Actually the other 3 were showing signs of failure due to tread separation. Bought 4 tires. They said I needed 10 ply, not 4 ply and I agree.
