Ragged Point Inn & Resort is a dog-friendly destination with inspiring ocean views and a fantastic atmosphere. The restaurant is consistently praised for its great and delicious food, including fantastic filet mignons, butternut squash salad, mushroom bisque, and particularly good desserts and drinks. The on-site café offers great morning drinks, and the store features boutique sodas, candies, and local gifts. Rooms are described as large, clean, comfortable, and lovely, with extremely comfortable beds, good shower pressure, and pleasant scents. Many feature amazing, million-dollar ocean views. The accommodations are noted as modest in an old-school way but are well-equipped with amenities like fireplaces and K-Cup machines. Staff are consistently highlighted as very professional, welcoming, friendly, great, and accommodating, providing gracious service. Guests are advised that cell service is little to none and the Wi-Fi is known to be spotty, which many consider a feature encouraging disconnection to enjoy the view, sea, and companions. The resort is perfectly positioned for a leisurely trip along Highway 1 and is a place many guests plan to return to.

I had made reservations for christmas dinner three weeks early. When we had arrived. there on christmas day the christmas dinner had been removed from the menu so we ordered from the original menu. The food was delicious and the wine was great. My wife and I still enjoyed our christmas day.

This is my 2nd stay and I love it here. Every employee is friendly and gives great gracious service. Rooms are large and clean. Million dollar views for decent prices. I like that Wi-Fi is spotty, reminds you to enjoy the sea, fireplace and companions. Don’t change Ragged Point, you’re doing it right.
