Sam is the man!! He has helped me and my family with so much. He is very knowledgable and helpful at what he does. Very professional and care for the customer. He provided answers and help with everything we asked and we are genuinely very happy with our service and with him he is doing a great job.

Bought 2 new phones. Husband and I went in with old phones and new phones to have everything transferred over. We were assured by the manager (as he's headed out the door) that we would be in good hands with Jordan. Our experience was less than 1 star. Jordan had a difficult time getting transfer started on the 1st phone (mine), stating it must be because the phones are so old. Whike transfer process was taking place, Jordan was on his phone, not paying attention to what he was doing. Next thing I know, he has reset my phone to factory settings. He knew we were not trading in our phones. My husband's phone transfer was less troublesome. I checked to see if data was on new phone but found no contacts - Jordan said it would take some time but the backup was complete. We get home only to find many pictures and videos missing on my phone. I went back next day. Jordan had no answer as to why pictures and videos were missing - a glitch possibly. He admitted he was just pushing prompts on old phone and reset phone to factory settings thus deleting everything. HE KNEW WE WERE KEEPING OUR PHONES! I lost memories that I will NEVER be able to get back. Had Jordan been totally focused on his task at hand - not playing on his phone, perhaps this wouldn't have happened. I spoke with his manager. He said he would talk to Jordan about what happened. Again, nothing can be done about the lost photos and videos.

J, Matt and Willie we’re absolutely fantastic! I went in there to get two new phones added to our plan, thinking we’d be spending extra money on our bill without question, but these guys looked at everything was able to add the two phones and upgrade my Internet and save me money from what I was previously paying. Highly recommend this store in these gentlemen who are so kindly helped me and my son!

I have not had good experience with this store. The first time I did business with these guys I got a mobile hotspot from them that didn't even work in my area and then when I had to return it they told me there'd be no charge. AT&t business charged me $75 for an item. I didn't even use the second time I went in there. My phone screen had gone dead. I asked the person to help me and they said what do you want me to do with this all sarcastically and I was like maybe help me so they lost the chance of a phone sale because of their ignorance. If I was you I'd go somewhere else
