Associate are very disrespectful they don’t hear out costumers, I have called multiple times and no answering. Most of your stores employees need to be retrain on socializing with costumers and be more respectful.

My car battery died at the Grasslands this morning. I was lucky to have my BIL come over and jump start it and I went right over to AutoZone to get a new battery. Kevin was quick and helpful to get the new battery installed for me! Highly recommend AutoZone for any vehicle needs. I have used them for other stuff in the past. I don’t have to do that very often but I appreciate AutoZone being close to home in a pinch!

Just went to autozone in ramona and had the best experience with a young lady named kassedy she was extremelly helpful !!!!! she went above and beyond to help us !!!!!! She let us know also bout a warranty & rewards we knew nothing about !!!! We need more helpful people like her in customer service !! Thank you kassedy !!!!

Disagree about staff. I have been a mechanic close to 40 years started in cars then diesels yellow iron plant mechanic now I work on turbine engines. The kid at the counter talked to me like I had a mental disability. Young people watch how you talk to old people, they could get you a job with almost no work experience starting 60K five paid weeks off first year, or NOT.
