Received excellent service from Jose, he helped me order foreign money. He helped with the app and then 2 days later gave excellent service to pick up the money. He was patient, helpful and cheerful. Thank you for excellent service Jose

I came in with a $9 refund check from AAA drawn from B of A. I was told they have an $8 fee to cash it. Yep, $8 fee on a $9 check issued from their bank. Ridiculous.

I have a visa with BofA, I placed an online order for Rubio's and was declined. When I called they said I was put on credit hold because I tried to pay for Mexican food and Netflix in the same day. They froze my account so that won't be happening again thank goodness.

For some reason, the customer service in this bank is incapable of assisting you in depositing a check that has been emailed to you in PDF. The hardware store on the other side of the lot, Ransom Brothers, however, is more than happy to help you out by letting you forward the check to them and pro ting it for you. So, if you're visiting Ramona and you have customer service related banking needs, I recommend the hardware store

I have been a customer for 30 years. How sad to watch the decline of this bank. It feels like Kmart...20 people waiting for one teller. Horrible.

Went to the bank today and wanted to deposit $31 in a friend's account. I was told that I'm unable to deposit cash into the account without being on the account. A deposit, not a withdrawl. It makes no sense at all except that they are that desperate to get customers to open an account with them. Sorry. Shit like this is why it will never happen. My friend is pissed so they'll be losing that account. Good doing business with you B of A. I've been convincing people to leave your crappy bank for years. Now you proved my point. Thank God for PayPal.

I had the most horrible bank experience ever today at the Ramona branch. They couldn't complete a simple wire transfer. They told me to go down the hill to the Poway branch. What the hell? I ended up closing the account and taking my 250k across the street to Wells Fargo. Much better experience there

Long waits inside, the left hand ATM machine (one of two outside) has been out of service or in partial service only on more occasions than those on which it has been available.

I was looking for a new car and was advised that Bank of America do Auto Loans. I was pre-approved by the Personal Banker Melissa and Branch Manager Tariq for $25,000 and have just found the perfect car. Thank you B.O.A for making my dream come true. I'll be letting my friends and family know where to go for great service.

I would give this branch no stars, if it were possible. Service has gone from very good to non-existent. The new manager, Tariq Ahedi, was rude when BofA call center finally connected me to his branch. He told me I had been warned not to call the branch; no one ever said that to me. Ahedi said he would take out a restraining order against me if I called or ever came to his branch. Teller said BofA's new business model was to eliminate tellers and push for banking online, atm or smart phones. I wrote a letter to BofA's complaint dept and someone called me and said I would get a written response; that was 2 months ago. No reply in 2 months. Always a long line in branch, especially on Friday, usually only one teller working while Mr. Ahedi stands with his arms folded with a silly grin on his face, shrugs his shoulders and goes into the break room! And you call this 'World class service' I think not.

After the great exodus from large banks several years ago, I began to realize that expensive accounts and lack of service were what I would expect from places such as BOA, Wells, Chase, etc... The service here fits in exactly with this profile. Went to do some business with them - nobody even noticed we were there! We waited for 30 minutes and then left. I still had some business to do with this bank, so I began calling the number directly to the bank. 8 x I called - no one answered. I still havent' gotten my business done with these people, and it looks like I may never get their attention. I have no idea how they are making money, but it's not through me. I recommend a credit union - they're a lot more attentive and friendly. R

Justin S review was 100% accurate of my experience! I hate going inside the branch and waiting in a LONG line on Friday, while 2 tellers are yacking with the customers about their family while others stand and wait! Don't get me wrong, it is good customer service to be personable with customers, they just need to have more tellers. We have a loan and credit card with them and try to do our banking electronically or ATM, but sometimes have to go inside. If I couldn't do that I would take my banking needs elsewhere!

Everyone at this branch is nice, but there have been numerous times and there have been at least 10 people in line and 2 people working and another employee walking around seemingly aimlessly. They have 9 teller booths and I have never seen more than 3 people working as tellers. There is no sense of urgency. Today is a Friday there were 20 people in line and 2 tellers taking their sweet time. This branch is run poorly. If you can, go to another branch.

This branch is awesome. I had a issued and the Assistant Manager Vicky there helped me over the phone and then invited me to come into the branch to further assist me. She even switched me into a better account then that 1 I had. If you are looking for a new bank in town I would reccomend making her your banker
