Rude service and they interrupted my prescription because they no longer wanted to fill it since they weren’t getting paid as much as they wanted and when I sent it to another pharmacy, it stopped getting filled bc Best Care wants to file claims and tie up my insurance. Thanks for no longer wanting to fill my prescription and then making it impossible to get it filled anywhere else! RUDE RUDE MAN ALWAYS ANSWERS IF THEY ANSWER AT ALL. Go to your local pharmacy bc the convenience of mailing to your home will cost you in the end.

I don't know this for a fact but this pharmacy feels like a family owned business. The head guy is really patient (no pun), and actually goes out of his way to answer questions and give extra help and info. I just wish they weren't so far from my area because I'd be an ongoing patron.

I started going to Ankit, and Lily at Best Care pharmacy around 2 years ago after being ran around in circles with the two large competing pharmacies here in Ramona. And I haven't looked back, this is the way a family pharmacy business should be conducted. Thank you for coming to Ramona, and all that you do to serve and help your customers!

I have to say the pharmacist who work here have been the most helpful pharmacists I have ever dealt with. They went out of their way to make sure I got my medication. They were very diligent in communicating with my health insurance company to make sure I got my medication approved in a timely manner .

Since COVID, CVS has removed their blood pressure check machine, which was free of charge.I called around and was told Best Care Pharmacy had a machine and could do it.I called and spoke with the staff at Best Care and was told they did in fact have a Blood Pressure machine to check....cost of $50.....seriously, why not just charge $150? I mean it takes about 60 seconds and a press of a button.

Best Care Pharmacy truly lives up to their name. I've never once in my life received such incredible service from a pharmacy. I think we all generally have succumbed to the fact that pharmacy's are slow, unfriendly and typically act like they're so annoyed that you're there. Not this pharmacy though. They're personable, incredibly accommodating, super fast and will even personally deliver prescriptions to your house (or mail them). I couldn't say enough good things about this place. Highly, highly recommended.

Man I never thought I'd feel the need to review a pharmacy but this place was just too amazing not to! This place really cares for you and goes above and beyond with making sure you really do have the best care. I've only ever gone to chain pharmacies but never again thanks to Best Care Pharmacy!

This is an excellent alternative to the big stores like Costco, Walgreens, RiteAid, etc. It is so refreshing to have a pharmacy where the pharmacist and employees pay attention and associate a name with their customers, and that attentiveness extends to every aspect of their business. As a community, it's important to support small businesses, and Best Care absolutely deserves our support.

Once you enter the facility they greet you ask you how your day is going, excellent customer service, affordable prices compared to other local pharmacies and they go above and beyond. They provide free delivery depends on the mileage range. Highly recommend this pharmacy.

I have lived in the area for over 20 years . The local pharmacy’s have NO idea what the word CUSTOMER SERVICE means . This NEW pharmacy is spot on about FAST EFFICIENT SERVICE ! Thanks to the new ownership and familiar faces ( Lilly ) I don’t dread going to get a prescription filled plus more that fair prices for those who don’t have prescription coverage.

I have always seen and heard great reviews about this pharmacy but today I experienced it for myself. I called about a vaccination that I needed today for my daughter and they said they can do it by tomorrow but I really needed it today so I stopped in to see if they could fit me in. Well apparently they didn’t have the vaccine on hand so one of the owners/employees drove to La Mesa to pick it up for me. I didnt expect anyone to go so above and beyond but I appreciate it more than they will ever know. I think that’s the best customer service I have ever received from a business in my life. They were so friendly to my daughter and I. They gave her a popsicle, coloring book and bubbles. I noticed that the owner greeted his customers all by name which I think is great. I can tell they put their customers first and they find a way to take care of everyone by going the extra mile.
