Having been a carpet installer myself for many years I asked the man if he was going to stretch the carpet. He said this particular weight of carpet doesn't need stretching. I disagreed and said all carpet needs to be stretched. So now , sorrowfully, I am the proud owner of many wrinkles as I knew would be the case.”
