I was reminded why I don't bank here anymore. Trying to spread some Christmas cheer with depositing money, cash money, into my parents' account. Nope, "we don't take cash deposits from non bankers of chase. If you get a money order or cashiers check, then we can take it."Yeah, spend more money and time to take cash and turn it into a check.Way to go chase, merry Christmas scrooge.

Never in the years I have with Chase have I had such an unpleasant experience with a member of their staff, I went to ask if I could open an account for my son and they said yes, they checked my accounts, my information and told me what documents to present I brought them all, while I was at the bank, he asked me for documentation that he had not required for me, my wife had to bring them, so that later she told me that I had to close my personal checking account, then open a new one to be able to open another one for me. Son, he also told me that if it was easier for me to open one myself online, or that if I wanted I could close my personal and business accounts and open new accounts with another bank... terrible service, I can't generalize because the Most of the Chase employees are very friendly, this person takes all the awards for arrogance... AVOID GOING ON YOUR appointments WITH CARLOS MORALES..

Excellent, personal service. We had to arrange for a wire transfer to close on a property we are buying. It was a complicated transaction with lots of moving parts. Kristine took care of us and made it absolutely seemless. She focused diligently on the account transfer -- which involved many details, account numbers, fraud prevention protocol -- to be sure everything was done safely and correctly. She was personable and caring as well. The wire transfer went thorugh and the customer service was top notch.

I had no issues while I had an active account. But once I closed my checking account, I was no longer able to access my own transactions records. All online help was so unhelpful, even calling in they weren't able to help me. So make sure you download your statements before closing since they refuse you access to them afterwards.

I have been with chase for 3 decades and have all my accounts with them. This branch never has a functioning ATM and it's the only branch in the area. I had to use another bank to get my cash two weeks in a row due to them having "technical issues"This caused a $3 charge from them and a $3 charge from the other bank (this happened twice so it's a total of $12 in fees I shouldn't owe bc they can't fix their crap) When I asked about them refunding my fees they refused to refund me because it's against their policy. Which is b******** I didn't want to have to go to 2 ATMs OR pay the fees. There was literally no way for me to avoid the fee and get my money. PS: if you look around you can actually make money by using non-brick and mortar banks. I did this and transferred all my money into a high interest account. Now I'm making an extra $300/year for nothing. All it cost me was the $12 in motivation... but it cost Chase all my future mortgage investments. Why does anyone keep their money here. Ally/Varro look them up. It's worth more than being ripped off by big banks for their lack of maintenance you literally just put your money there and they pay you!

The customer service was excellent even though this is not our home branch. Our banker, Nidia, was phenomenal. She was very kind, knowledgeable, and exceptionally patient as she helped us handle our pressing banking issues. Thank you Nidia!

If I could I'd give 7-stars. The Branch Manager Martha Gomez Walton and Private Client Banker Carye Dunker are absolutely the best. Not only did they resolve the problem we had with our account, but went way over the top in service to make it happen. Absolutely the best service and empathy towards their customers needs. Great Job! Craig
