LOVE curbside pickup at this location. I can shop from home. Super easy. Saves me time. Sometimes these folks are lightening fast and my order ends up ready a little earlier. They are kind, professional, & respectful when loading in to your car. My only question is can the grocery attendants accept tips? I have heard the answer is no because they are union. And I certainly don't want to put the attendant in a precarious situation. Is there a reference perhaps, upon online checkout, that addresses this question?

Two weeks ago purchased fried chicken mix 9 count, so light & not greasy it was Great! Today 7 March 2021 boyfriend went & purchased fried chicken mix 9 count and was salty, overly cooked that ends were burnt and skin was so hard that I couldn't bite into just the skin. Not happy. The potato wedges & Mac & cheese very good.

I received my first Covid vaccination at Albertsons. They have cancelled all appointments for the second dose with little explanation and no updates. I went into the store to ask about this in the Pharmacy department. The young woman at the pharmacy counter was no help at all, and was rude to me. I'll never shop at Albertsons again.

I really appreciate, in this stressful environment, how well this store has taken upon itself to set up systems of cleaning and care for the protection of their team and their customers. I was not a customer here prior to COVID. They were the first store in town to set up hours for seniors, and to work to add staff for specifically regular cleaning/sanitizing, and systems to help allow for social distancing. All at an added expense, and in a time when it really is aggravating to follow new "rules" that change again and again. I just want to let the store know, as a customer for five months, how much I appreciate the consistent focus of your team, and their work. The aisles and check out lanes, carts, as well as the departments, are always clean, organized, and well stocked. Your produce department does an excellent job - and I love your expanded organic produce section. Your meat department also - I never come across anything expired, the team is very attentive. But most of all I want to thank the kindness of your staff. I know this is a stressful time for many, and I have never received anything but helpful service from everyone I have interacted with - and even with their masks on, always with a smile in their eyes. I just wanted to post a thank you. Even when all of the social distancing "stuff" is gone - I will remain a customer here. I really appreciate the goods you bring to our town, and the people you support along the way - and for making our family feel safer when we shop.

The lady running the order of people going into the cashier lines due to covid19 restrictions was rude as hell to me and and multiple customers. She made us wait and had others take our spot in line because she was being rude as spiteful. She is blonde, older lady working the shift this afternoon. Avoid her at all costs, highly unprofessional especially during these times. Absolutely no right making people upset like this, multiple customers at that!

Albertson's was the only other choice after the other place began to turn into something far short of a grocery store and Albertson's was incredible! For whatever reason things seem to be changing pretty aggressively in this store. For me they are. I went in tonight looking for 2 products. I found 1 because I knew exactly where it was and I'm glad I did. When I inquired about a product with the first employee I walked near on the floor he was far less than interested in helping me than he was his current task. NOT GOOD! A buying customer isn't even getting a question answered about BUYING a product?? Yep, and it would stay that way. "David" explained to me that he was sweeping. I was clearly able to see this. His answer was that he didn't know if they had that product and directed me somewhere he wasn't rather than stating, "I don't know but I will find someone who does". I even suggested maybe he use this exact quote with me and his answer was to tell me about his current task of sweeping and the details of that task. Something I am absolutely not interested in as a customer looking for a product to BUY. He then suggested that I wait for him to finish sweeping, and then maybe he could help me. I said, "Disregard, have a good sweep". And went to the front to search for someone in management. I found a "Supervisor" that was much older than David and I explained the scenario that just took place. She proceeded to give me detailed information about David's task and chose to not even entertain addressing my question while interrupting me twice during my explanation of the situation. Then she asked that I wait a second for her to call Dillon who, I'm guessing, is maybe the senior supervisor for the shift. I suggested she should cancel the call and I'll simply go elsewhere and she rapidly responded with, "OK, no problem". WOW! I guess anything you can do other than collecting money and your immediate task is better than generating a bit more revenue for the company. So after having to interact with 3 people, vicariously a 4th, I never got an answer to my question and it was never even entertained. That's pretty horrendous customer service guys especially for a customer with, what they call in the sales industry, "Buying signs". Hey Albertson's folk, I'd love to hear everything about David and his sweeping timer. I will entertain a conversation about ALL the details of sweeping in a store with loads of people trying to buy stuff. My inbox is always open. Oh ya, they had 2 lanes open with at least 8 people in each. I haven't seen this at this store before. Albertson's is quickly urging me to wait and just go down the mountain once a week.

Wasnt sure what to do for dinner so I wandered into their deli on a recommendation. Phil behind the counter was right on the spot with his recommendations for pairing meat and cheeses. He couldn't have been a more helpful and personable dude.

As one of the only two full service groceries stores in Ramona I was in this store several times a week for the past year. Usually everyone is pretty helpful but after my last run in with GINA I will never shop at this store again simply because of here. I am a small store retail manager and would never treat any customer they way she decided to treat me. Totally appalled and it was not a one time event. I was an Albertsons loyalist but Stater Bros will from now on get my business.

Love this Albertsons. You never know exactly what or who you'll bump in to. They have a terrific beer selection and tons of friendly staff members to help you find your way. The check out lines are usually pretty short and the perishable stuff is all very fresh.

This place has the nastiest beef I've ever tried to eat. The last few times I've purchased beef from the meat counter it has been absolutely disgusting. I just had to throw out an entire 3 pound tritip last weekend only AFTER I wasted an hour grilling it to perfection. Tasted absolutely rancid. My wife bought some "ribeyes" that were NOT ribeye. There was a portion of one of the steaks that had obviously been died as it remained fluorescent pink no matter how long I cooked it. Stay far away from the beef away this store.

These people are all about customer service. They did a reset of the cereal aisle and my favorite cereal was not in the new set. When I mentioned it to the checker, she brought out the grocery manager to hear from me. Ever since then my cereal is always on the shelf.
