45 minutes on hold to speak with the pharmacy. In store now waiting 40 minutes for the prescription that was ordered 5 days ago. The warehouse doesn't have it but no one calls to let me know. They can't say when it will be in stock. This is the largest pharmacy in the U.S. but no one knows what it takes to fill a simple prescription!

I switched my prescriptions to them and none of them were confirmed, I went to the pharmacy to get help and left after waiting for more than 15 minutes with no assistance of any kind even though staff saw me.I will have to switch to Costco pharmacy in Poway now which so far from Ramona.

Call wait times are horrible. I understand if they are short staffed, but this has been happening for years.

The vaccine situation in the pharmacy is ridiculous. On August 2, after getting shot new mber 1 for shingles, I made an appointment to get my flu shot and my Covid booster. I made it in person with a human being. My appointment for my flu shot was to be September 25 followed by my Covid booster on October 2. I am going out of state on October 5 and I wanted to be vaccinated. When I went in for my flu shot on September 25, they had me waiting with all the Covid people. Finally, they figured out I only needed the flu shot which they can do very quickly. After waiting for 30 minutes, despite having an appointment, I got my flu shot. I confirmed with a woman in the pharmacy that I would be returning the following Monday for my Covid booster. I returned today on October 2 10 minutes before my appointment time. A gentleman in the pharmacy said "we can't do shots less than two weeks apart." Why wasn't I told this when I made the original two appointments on August freaking second??? So now I have to wait three weeks to get my Covid booster, after my out-of-state trip. Get your act together, CVS!!! Train people better. Communicate better among each other. Communicate better with your customers. I may try to go to another pharmacy to get the damn Covid booster.

Shame on CVS Pharmacy - Ramona. Today, Saturday at approximately 10:30 a.m. I checked out at the front entrance cashier (I believe it was Kimberly) who had a runny nose, with sniffling and actually coughed in the face of the customer in front of me. She was not wearing a mask. During my check out, she sniffled about five times and coughed in my face as well. Does CVS Pharmacy realize people with cancer and many other serious diseases may be standing right in front of them? If they do, I don't think they care. I contacted the store manager as soon as I got home and voiced my concern. I spoke with Pam who said this cashier just has allergies and is not required to wear a mask and didn't do anything wrong. Really? I respectfully disagree!

I cannot express enough what a pleasant experience it is EVERY TIME I shop at the CVS store in Ramona. After 3 extremely exhausting & frustrating years of getting my prescriptions filled elsewhere (local), I finally switched to CVS. I cannot say enough good things about the staff in the pharmacy AND, well the entire staff. I'm still working on getting all their names, but a special shout out to Pam & Corinne (store front). They pleasantly greet customers as they enter the store & provide excellent service in every way. I've seen the manager step in to help when the waiting line suddenly becomes long. They are authentically caring & dedicated to making your shopping experience as easy & pleasing as possible. As for the Pharmacy, I have had absolutely ZERO problems getting my prescriptions filled appropriately & on time. The pharmacists & pharmacy techs are knowledgeable, efficient, considerate, & customer-centric; obviously committed to providing excellent services to their customers. The CVS APP is comprehensive, intuitive, & consistently updated with most current status on scripts. I love it!The store is always CLEAN, (including the restroom facilities!) The shopping baskets are also kept clean. A very gracious thanks to all CVS team members in Ramona. THANK YOU!!

This location of CVS is a huge disappointment. The staff is rude and unfriendly, the shelves clearly have dust and dirt on them. The do not care about customer service for the wonderful community of Ramona. I will not be shopping or getting medication filled here again

My teen daughter who cannot take pills has to take children's ibuprofen liquid. The pharmacist was nice enough to figure out the dosage that she would need to take. This goes above and beyond customer service. I appreciate it tremendously. T

When there to get the COVID PCR test that it’s good for 72 hours so I could to be able to travel , they send me wrong test the AG test results but not even that , the collection sample date also 1 year behind I got my teste on 05/28/2022 they send 07/14/2021 thanks to them I lost my flight

There's a few employees at this pharmacy that make it worth going back to. Melissa has helped me a few times and she always gives it 110%. Always extremely patient and has your best interest at heart. All while being in a good mood. Thank you Melissa!

the service at the pharmacy counter is useless. They are very disrespectful and rude. Takes like 20 minutes until you get their attention. They act like they don't want to be bothered, happens to everyone in my family and many friends.
