Shelly is extremely knowledgeable on VA loans (and all loans) and is dedicated to helping answer any and all questions. Typically there aren’t many questions because Shelly is on it way beforehand. She is so positive, professional, and encouraging. She doesn’t miss a beat! We will continue to use her services. We also used her for a refinance a few years ago and that was the smoothest refi ever! When we returned as customers, she still knew our situation. Total peace of mind when working with Shelly .

I have had multiple experiences with h5 financial. Shelly and Lindsay are far above their competition. They take a personal interest in the home that you are purchasing and either very, very, very best to make it happen. They actually truly make magic happen. I will always be grateful for the top notch service that they have provided over the years to me. I count them not as business associates that I go to when I buy or sell but now as friends.You will not find anyone better.

Shelly and her team were incredible during our home buying process. Everything was done efficiently and in a timely manner. She even went above and beyond to help us close early in order to get us in our home before Christmas. And the truly amazing person she is helped coordinate getting my husband home from his overseas tour in time for signing and to surprise the whole family. She did more than help us get into our new home she helped create a lasting memory by making sure he was here when we got the keys to our home.

I can say with 100% certainty that I own my very own home today becuase of Shelly and her amazing team.Going through a divorce is stressful and scary. I met with Shelly and let her know what I wanted for myself and my kids: to keep our home. She told me exactly what I needed to do to make that happen.The process for me was very emotional, but every time I spoke with Shelly she made me feel at ease. I will forever remember that phone call she made to me, telling me congratulations on owning my own home. We both cried. It was such a huge sense of relief for me, and it was the first night I slept soundly in years.Shelly is incredibly caring, hard-working, genuine, and trustworthy. She doesn't hear from me much now that I'm not emailing and calling her daily with questions like I did during the loan process , but I think about her all the time.
