“I can’t recommend Kamps enough! Eric Navarre came to change out our tanks and fill them and realized that the previous propane company/builder had not correctly installed the pipes to the houseand that we had two very big propane leaks. It was such a stressful situation thinking that we had a safety issue on our hands and also that we’d have to shut off the tanks and go without the stove and hot water while it was fixed by the original people who installed them incorrectly. Eric went above and beyond and ensured that we understood exactly what was going on and where the leaks were and then took it upon himself to fix the issue. It was over 100 degrees out and Eric and Manuel stayed and helped us until they were confident it was safe and fixed. It gave us such peace of mind and I am so grateful to them for all of their help. Eric and Manuel have so much integrity in their work and truly help their customers! Great people and a great company!”

“You should have a way to postpone an order if access is changed. There is no way to advise the driver if the weather makes the road impassable after the order is placed and the actual delivery date.”
