Multiple deep scratches appeared on my new car, it appeared to have been keyed. Hubby called AAA and was referred here for a quote. Ryan was amazing and fixed it one day - it looks brand new! Outstanding work and outstanding service, we were very impressed. While I hope not to need any future work completed, I wouldn't hesitate to return. And a special shout out and thank you to Kimberly, the Office Manager, who is also fantastic! Thank you for making my car pretty again. I highly recommend Fix Auto for any needed repairs!

So, I had to get a quote on my daughter's vehicle. I had called and scheduled an apt., but we ended up in Escondido stuck in traffic and were driving break-neck speed and could not make it. So, i called and apologized. I drove over today w/o an appointment. I went in, they pulled up the request for a quote from AAA. Let me say one thing, the woman office manager there is really great, but if the guy who seems like the manager - he did not introduce himself - treats her just a quarter of the way he treated me, she could definitely get a better job. Flash back - So, a few years ago, I took another car in to get fixed - all through AAA - I had taken it in to get fixed from an accident. So, I also showed them a dent on another part of the car - and asked them to fix that, but to charge me separately for that. I was very clear - no nod and a wink. I was very clear. They had good prices at the time. So, when I got the bill - it had all been charged to AAA. I called AAA immediately and explained the situation. I also paid for it. The work they did was fast and good. So, that was many years ago. Fast forward to today. I did not have an appt, it's very rare when I can get my daughter's car - she's in school and has two jobs with varying hours. So, I go inside - I had already explained to the guy who seems like the manager that I had gone somewhere else for a quote through AAA and they said they had to keep my car for four weeks! And I can't get AAA to pay for the rental. So they told me to go to this place. I cringed because of the relationship I already had with them. I guess they still did work for them. I think he remembered me and the situation, because he'd already been through this whole spiel about how his company doesn't do additional work and charge AAA - I had to swallow my tongue on that one, because that's exactly what they did. There were additional scratches the other place found - the scratches follow the other line. I just didn't see it at the time I called AAA originally., He was chastising a customer over the phone about something I knew they already did. I was upset, but you can clearly see it was from the same incident. But, he never bothered to look at it. I have had cars inspected. It takes a five minute look-see. It is not brain surgery. It was all right there, it wasn't like they had to get under it. He had the request from AAA - he knew it wasn't a complicated inspection. So this guy starts going off on how he doesn't like doing quotes when there's already another one, before he said it was fine. Now he said he didn't like it. I can tell he already has his haunches up before he starts to get his butt out of his chair like he's ready for war and using a tone none-to-nicely. I'd already been there for 10 minutes and he finally starts to get up. He starts scolding me about how he doesn't like to do work when there's another quote. The quote was to see how long it would take them - it's minor and the other place said they'd have to keep it for four weeks. He knows this. So, I just say if you don't want to do it, just say that. And I left. He was trying to be intimidating and he's a gruff guy. I can tell you he wouldn't have tried this with a man. So, WOMEN BEWARE. And I shall tell AAA tomorrow about this situation. I'd give him less than 4 stars, but.... I do give the Office Manager five stars - she was great. Someone please give her a really great job offer. They did good work last time, with the whole exception of billing AAA for my separate work. That's against the law. Anyhow, I just wanted to say all this now before I forgot any of the details, although, on second thought, I won't be forgetting this anytime soon.

This location has terrible front office service. My family member was treated like they were bothering them. The first visit, they ordered a part and were asking about another service and they wanted someone to look at the vehicle. They were given an answer without even looking at the vehicle. The manager was aware on both visits on how the customer was being treated but he seemed okay that his employee was being very rude. I guarantee you nobody in our family or circle of friends will go back to this location. A complaint was filed with the insurance company and AAA. This review will also be posted on social media - There are other collision repair shops where you can be treated better than this location.

I wrecked my car, my insurance suggested Fix Auto Central because it is in Ramona, which is where I live. I took it in on a Monday morning and Brandon started my estimate, he took pictures and spoke to me briefly. Told me he'd have the estimate by the end of the day. My car was leaking water(badly) he told me it was probably my washer fluid reservoir, it was not I drove my car home and the engine went straight to hot (I live two blocks from the shop). I parked it and called fix it and let them know that my car was not drivable that it was not the washer fluid reservoir it had to be something with the radiator. Tuesday came, still no estimate, Wednesday, Thursday no estimate. I called Friday and the very nice girl in the office told me that it was in review with corporate office. Then as I hung up the phone I received an email from Brandon saying that my car was cleared to start work but they couldn't start it for a month and a half. So basically wasted a entire week when I could have taken it elsewhere and it could have been almost done. I don't have car rental insurance so going without my car has been very stressful. On my estimate Brandon stated that I told him a statement I never said, but there was no mention of me calling and telling him the water leak was from radiator and that my car was not drivable. Also on estimate he made no note that I told him after impact my car now read "service air bag" with beeping every few minutes. Needless to say I'm not having my car fixed by Fix it auto in Ramona. As far as I'm concerned Brandon really dropped the ball on this repair.

our car was hit in a parking lot and the people left. went to fix auto in central Ramona and they help me out and saved me a lot of money. it is so nice to know that people like the owner Gary and his crew exist. i would highly recommend them for any repairs on your cars. BR

Body work was good but they left the interior of my vehicle a total mess. Dust and debris everywhere, 5 day job took a total of 10 days, and I had them order parts before I dropped it off. Would not recommend this shop. Also, they obviously drove my vehicle a lot. Dropped it off with a full tank of gas and received back with a 3/4 tank approx 90 miles driven.

Several months ago we purchased a new 2020 Toyota Prius Prime and were very proud of our new car. About two weeks ago we were traveling on Hwy 67 and a car in front of us swerved to miss a piece of lumber (a 4x4 about 3 feet long) in the road. Well, the car hit the lumber, sending it airborne, and, yes, it hit our car, denting it and cracking the windshield. Fortunately we were not injured and the car was still operable. We took it to Fix Auto Central in Ramona and everyone there was wonderful. James took charge and reassured us that the car would look like new again....and it did! Donna and Cecelia in the front office were extremely friendly and helpful, keeping us informed on the progress almost daily. James arranged for the car to be trailered to the closest Safelite Auto Glass for the windshield to be replaced and then returned to Fix Auto Central for us to pick up. We are extremely pleased with all the work done on the car and can't praise Fix Auto enough!

I have had a couple of vehicles go here, Chevy Colorado, Toyota Highlander and Hyundai Tucson. Everyone and everything went exceptional. I honestly think they should get 6 stars but I can only put 5. They are exceptional in work and customer service. Thank you. PS sorry for the delay my car was fixed in December.

Being in a car accident is never good. Yesterday we had to go through this in the family, but RBS Towing and Donna, Crystal and Frank at Fix Auto we're so sweet, helpful, thoughtful and caring. They helped me understand what would happen and the process and really care about the ordeal we endured. Thank you so much!! I would highly recommend this business. What a smooth process! They did an awesome job repairing my 2017 Toyota Tacoma. They were very through from start to finish. I opted for text messaging updates and it was great ! Linda, Donna both extremely professional, kept me updated on the progress of the repair and promised the repair in the time frame they stated. Frank did the initial review of my truck and went over things with me at pickup. I can't say enough about this business. I was pleased by the honesty of everyone. Awesome job, my expectations were met. Thank You !

They did a great job fixing my dad's mustang. I was expecting the usual laundry list of repairs that needed to be done that you usually get from a repair shop with an astronomical bill. I was pleasantly surprised however with the honest assessment and very reasonable price. They even had it done the next day! The staff was very helpful and went out of their way to get this done quickly. Thank you! Highly recommended

So I have not had any repairs done here, however, that was the whole reason why I brought my SUV here. My vehicle ended up getting totaled out, but let me just speak on how great Donna is. From the first time I spoke with her she has been so helpful. She got my vehicle towed to their facility so fast (shout out to RBS Towing - super nice tech came out, sorry I forgot his name) that I was shook, and Frank kept me in the loop about his initial findings in a timely manner. Donna even helped with the process of handing it off. So even though I cannot personally attest to the repair services - their customer service is top notch. Thanks guys!

Got my car back yesterday and it looks great. The people here are very nice and keep you updated daily. I was very impressed with the great service I received here. Hopefully I wont need this kind of work done to my car again, but if I ever do, this is where I'm gonna have it done.
