I wasn't sure what size storage unit I needed, but Anaya really helped me out. She took the time to walk me through all the size units available and what I had to put in storage to make sure it was the right fit. I can’t say enough good things about Ramona Self Storage! The staff are so helpful and genuinely care, the place is always spotless, and I feel completely safe leaving my belongings here. Moving in was simple, the prices are fair, and the whole experience has been stress-free. I wouldn’t trust my stuff anywhere else—this place is the real deal!

While I appreciate that business values long standing employees, I feel management should be more attentive to how certain conduct reflects on the company. One of the staff members, an older lady with glasses who has been here for more than 11years, shows behavior and associations outside of work that raise concerns about professionalism and could affect the business's reputation. Most often when I visit the office to speak with her, she always seems very scatterbrained and all over the place, which does not come across as professional or organized. In addition, the front gate is often not open on weekends even though posted hours state it should be, which is frustrating. These things are worth reviewing to maintain a safe, trustworthy, and professional environment.

I have been renting my storage room from Ramona self storage since 2019. Their staff is incredibly nice and always helpful, and the grounds are well kept too! If I ever have a question or concern I can just call or email them and they respond quickly. If you’re looking for a storage facility I highly recommend Ramona Self Storage!!

Would just like to say hands-down in Ramona there is no other self storage that you want to use. They have multiple ways of communicating with you about your unit and your bill so there’s never an issue. Go see Tina she’ll take care of you!

Don't expect the gates to be open on time, especially on weekends. They did call to apologize for this last time, but it happens more often than it should.The people are very friendly, though.
