Horrible experience! Do not go to Anne if you want her to finish your taxes before she cashes your check. They where not done in a timely manner and now I am having to pay for a second opinion. Every year I receive money back because I have a home to claim but not this year! Anne also has horrible people skills and is very rude. If you can TAKE YOUR BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE!

I called to ask a couple of questions, off the bat the lady who answered was very rude, she asked me if i was referred, i said no and she told me in the rudest way possible we are not taking clients and hung up. I understand you guys may not be taking clients, but atleast be respectful when addressing it.
