Sky Valley has been my go-to internet provider for years, and I couldn’t be happier with their service. Living in the Four Corners area means limited options, and since I work from home, having fast and reliable internet is absolutely essential. Sky Valley consistently delivers on both fronts. Their team is incredibly responsive and attentive to any requests, and it’s great to support a local company that truly cares about its customers. I highly recommend Sky Valley to anyone seeking dependable internet at a great value.

I've tried to pay online but the PayPal website for someone reason says that it doesn't recognize card or card on file. My brother and I tried both our cards (I owed him) but none would go through. We checked our accounts and all is good. I'm just trying to help my brother pay a bill is it that hard to do something nice!?

Not built for modern day internet usage. Internet goes down AT LEAST once a week and that’s being generous. Can’t handle multiple devices in the house streaming/gaming. Because they use a system of bouncing off of other people once people start getting online after work, packet loss becomes horrible and the connection quality decreases tenfold

We have used this internet/WiFi service provider since we moved into our current home in 2012. We have never had any sort of issue with the product, customer service, billing or other. The service is reliable, the pricing is quite reasonable and support has always been forthcoming when necessary. If we had to start over, we would pick them every time.

Best of all satellite companies with great customer service. They actually answer their phone without a million buttons to push and then hold times. If you have an issue they will fix it. Downside like any satellite company is speed is spotty with bad weather and high traffic. But if you are not in an area with cable, this is the company to go with hands down. I actually paid to forfeit Hughesnet which was awful in every respect.

Like many others, we are forced to use Sky Valley's service due to where we live. This is extremely inconvenient since 90% of the time there is something wrong with their network. There are never any communications on whether something is down or being worked on. Since being forced to work remotely due to the C word, I have been home since March of 2020 using their network/wifi. I have never had so many issues with network while trying to work. There is no form of compensation due to their problems and it's extremely frustrating. I cannot wait to no longer work from home but we will still continue to face problems with using our phones and streaming services. Overall, there needs to be something done for your customers. It's ridiculous and disappointing. Beware to those that are forced to use their network. As soon as Elon Musk gets that satellite up, we are canceling ASAP.

Trash company with virtually no support. They don't support DHCP so you need to rely on them if you want to do virtually anything on your own. Horrible company that feels it's fair to give you table scraps and charge 200 times what it's worth. In my honest opinion this company is nothing but a scam and I recommend really looking elsewhere for ANY other option Update: YO ELON MUSK GOT THAT STARLINK S*** UP. GET ON THE HYPE TRAIN

Absolutely terrible internet. I pay for the gorge at tier they offer and I am currently at a download speed of 0.05 megabytes per second. And upload speed if 0.06 I'm sure anybody who has this internet is forced to do to where they live. Also trying to get ahold of someone to talk to is close to impossible. The price for this internet is beyond over priced. Don't have one good thing to say about the company or internet. Just hope one day they can fix the internet.

Streaming is wishful thinking. Supposed to be 10mb/s but has been consistently horrible at all hours for a while now and the loss of signal at all hours makes it maddening. Converted to unlimited 4G.

Poor to no customer service. The service it self isn't that bad. It works pretty well, but if you have a problem, good luck getting friendly help. All I needed to do was get a new router because the power outages fried it. After sending an email on a Friday afternoon, knowing I wouldn't get a response until Monday, I got the rudest reply back. All I needed was someone to say, I'm so sorry you've been out of internet all weekend, let me see what we can do to fix that" but no.. I got attitude to make sure I knew they weren't open all weekend and basically made me feel like an idiot for resetting the router.. which I was apparently warned not to do but in searching through my emails I never found such warning. This review is to hopefully give you guys a wake up call. Conrad, you're a dick and I suggest you put someone else in charge of customer service. All you needed to do was help me figure out that I needed a new router. I was waiting for a phone call, not a nasty email. Nothing was wrong on your end, no need to be so defensive. Just needed some help, some guidance, and instead I got attitude and no help. Good luck with your business in future.
