My girlfriend and I went in to smokers world at around 8. We spoke with the owners brother for some time and he was an awesome guy! He had a ton of info on products and you could tell he was glad to help. 5 star 100% great customer service and pricing!

I come in here to buy energy drinks and incense, and they've always been so helpful and courteous to me. The only reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5 is because of their hours, which the workers have no control over, but as far as customer service and the store goes I love it.

I've been going here for years now and I can say that you're in good hands at this shop. These guy's are great people with great customer service and they put it on display time and again whenever I need help with something. Mike, Ray, and Louie have all helped me in one way or another in cases where most other shop's would not do. They take good care of their people. Highly recommend

Very pleasant and informative staff. I recently switched from tobacco to vaping. Got me a new Smok pod system. With quartz coils. Definate difference in vaping the old kanthal mesh. Less vapor production. HOWEVER!!!! If your looking for a flavor kick in the throat with longer lasting coils get on that band wagon. This is by far the best spot in ramona for sure considering local pricing and quality selections.
