“These guys are so top notch ALWAYS.
I asked my friend to pick me up something and the worker didn't look closely enough at the picture and the order got screwed up but, like any normal business SHOULD do, they let me make the return bc the product was unopened and we have always been amicable. I'm sure they are this way with ALL their customers.
Fantastic service for the city, state and country regardless of how vile all 3 of those governments always are decent people like this never give up!!

“Greatest smoke shop around. I hate calling it a smoke shop because they are so much more. The guys there are so nice and always make my day. I swear they know everyone that walks thru the door. I love that at home feeling I get when I go in. Today I went in and my face mask string broke and (I hate to admit this but I forgot the young man's name) he went to his car and brought me a brand new one in a bag and gave it to me so I could go to the grocery store. That's awesome customer service!”
