Terrible service! The person that I was told was the manager was very immature and argumentative. When I final got served, the 2 young men did not respect my truck! I told the guy that his key chain was hitting my tailgate and he gave me attitude.

Coming from coastal south San Diego, we pass a couple other TSCs on our way here… but it’s worth it to be helped by Alondra. This was our second time making the 45min drive this week! She’s super knowledgeable, patient, eager to provide the best customer experience, and seems like a great manager.
Getting chicken supplies can feel overwhelming with all of the opinions and conflicting info online, but Alondra really made the experience as simple and enjoyable as possible.

Super helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable staff. Jared helped us with a propane tank and fill. Answered a barrage of questions and this was an excellent customer experience. We will definitely be back again!

So...We unfortunately found out that our dog has allergies to certain foods. We needed to exchange our 2 large bags of dog food that we previously purchased. Both Don and Tricia helped us out immensely! Not only in exchanging the dog food, but also by teaching us and guiding us in the proper dog foods to purchase in the future. Thank you so much to them both and to the entire tractor supply company team!

Dog food seems to be consistently out (Diamond Naturals and Strive). Everytime we try to go in and order a pallet of pig food/beef finisher they seem to be out. The one caveat with this store is that they have super star employees like Erin Bean. She is always willing to help me with any question I have or to walk me straight to a specific product. She is a phenomenal asset to this store. If it werent for her, then I wouldnt be shopping at TSC. A+ service from her ALWAYS! Now Management on the other hand can be atrocious at best. It seems to be a constant revolving door with a different store manager.

The manager Tiffany Teresi has excellent customer service. We were looking for a stock tank pool went to Valley Center store (everyone was super helpful and nice there) and they didn't have any in stock so we ended up going to Ramona to get one since they had a few in stock. We did bring our truck and we tried to make that big thing fit but wasn't happening so I went back into the store to ask for delivery. While the employees were all very nice I paid for the delivery but it wasn't set up correctly. Maybe the girl was new, not sure but in any event I took the day off waiting for my next day delivery and decided to call to see what time the would be coming when the manager got on the phone and said they didn't have a delivery listed for me. You can imagine since I took a day off work I wasn't very pleased but Tiffany handled it so well. She apologized and said let me see what I can do and asked if she could call me back. I was skeptical thinking I may get lip service but nope, Tiffany called me back in a matter of 20 minutes saying it would be delivered same day by 6 PM. Her delivery driver was in Riverside had to go back to Ramona and then back to Escondido and we all know afternoon traffic isn't fun but he arrived right on time with a smile on his face. I just can't say enough great things about Tiffany as well as the delivery guy (which I didn't get his name but she knows who is is which matters:). Thank you, customer service is lacking a lot these days was refreshing to deal with such excellent customer service.

Used to be my go to for animal supplies but thanks to the statement put out by Tractor Supply on June 27, 2024 y’all made it really clear that you don’t support my rights as a queer person. I’ll be buying my supplies elsewhere from now on.

Customer service is worthless.

They helped my mom and me load our cart and walked us outside to help load heavy bags into the vehicle. They took the cart back for us, too. They were very helpful.
