Poor quality. I moved in 7/23 and by 9t23 floor started coming up.
I live in Chesapeake commons apartments and this company decided it was OK to lay vinyl over 3 other layers of ripped flooring. We guess what? It all started coming up. I can't speak on home owners vut they do what ever an apartment complex says to get the job looking ok. Bad quality and bad workmanship
