Awesome place. Best Airsoft store in my opinion. Been going to the Santa Clara branch for almost 10 years now, made this my main AEX store due to having moved here. Good selection of gear, and the prices are very good compared to other competitors. People who work here actually care and love to help you. Owner is very cool and knowledgeable. I've basically bought most of my Airsoft stuff from AEX. This is a good place, both to play and to shop. You will like it here. Thank you Peter, lots of fun to talk to.

First off I would like to say the workers are good and understanding, but do not buy a gun off of the wall. They are selling as new when clearly used. But last thing if you are looking for an arena to play airsoft I would recommend going to another one, there's quite a few players that don't call when they get hit. So if you're looking to have fun and play airsoft just go somewhere else. Last thing the day manager was very accommodating.

Had the best experience at this shop! I brought in my broken Hi-Capa on 6/13/25, and Rain not only diagnosed the issue instantly but also had it fixed and ready to go in under 15 minutes. His expertise and efficiency are top-notch! I recommend this place for anyone who needs help or wants to shop!

This shop are the most scummy airsoft shop in Sacramento I bought a 450 gun three days later it didn't work went out to the field just to find out the hard way and they said since I removed my orange tip that it made the warranty void it's literally a screw on bro don't come here if you want anything airsoft

This has been the go to spot for any airsoft need for my friends and I. Anytime we came in, Nick, Andrew, Cotton, Rain, Malcom, Devin always took care of us, the guys here go above and beyond, and are so welcoming and informative about the hobby for us newcomers.

Overall a decent store and field. Nothing extraordinary. If I wanted work done on a gun I would go to Airsoft America. Prices are high, but that is normal for airsoft stores. Referees vary in consistency, but games are normally fun

definitely my favorite airsoft shop in the area. they have some cool gear and attachments that you won’t find at other spots. everything i’ve gotten from here has been quality. i make sure to take new players here.

Very friendly and helpful staff :) I was out with my family to check out some airsoft guns and the service was good. Had a talk with one of the staff members and got some good but short advice/a little bit of encouragement as someone who's currently looking to get into airsoft.

Customer service wasn’t very good, but besides that they had really good selection and good prices, this place gets really packed it’s a bit of a drive, I’ll probably go again but not for everything, not exactly my go to but it’s worth checking it out

Joe gave great customer service to me and my brother. Joe went above and beyond to help us find the right gear for us and we will definitely be returning customers in the future. If you're getting into the sport or even if you already play, Airsoft Extreme is highly recommended!

Guy in the store was super rude, caught him replacing sticker prices on items. Made fun of my build. Wouldn’t price match items from in store to online. Not worth driving out too. Just order online like everyone else
