Understanding and welcoming like family for majority of the staff. I'm certainly see each other enough like family at all highs and lows whatever mood whatever crisis whatever success usually during the most any kind of situation in life and modern human culture, odds are you all need some fuel eventually to get you where you're going. And someone to take your tender during your transaction someone to sell you your cigarettes or your food or whatever you're indulging yourself with at the moment to cope or satiate your needs and yada yada yada yada "insert other overtly over sentimental platitude here"just kidding. See self deprecating self pity joke. Just like family.

My wife went to this location and she went leg surgery one week ago and she want to refill gas she want to use card service but machine told her to pay inside which she went and the lady was very shouting at my face and giving her attitude for absolutely no reason we are very disappointed at this AmPm location does not have good customer service at all this location have unprofessional employees. My wife paid for her gas at the front desk the lady purposely didn’t turn on gas for the amount she paid she made my wife to come back again with broken leg. We will report this matter to your higher department.

I was in there this past Friday around 5pm. The line was to the door and while Jeff was helping customers as fast as he could, this other guy was texting on his phone and not helping at all. I think his name was Andre? I work in customer service and this was not acceptable. Tell your employee Jeff thank you for doing a great job under these circumstances!

Bad customer service. I asked for a bag for my things I purchased and I had to put them myself cause she didn’t but I didn’t mind until she then told me to hurry up cause I’m holding her line like what ? I didn’t even take long either. They need to take their emotions somewhere else

Tldr: Racist, rude, and loud mouthed cashiers, even when the customer is cool and collected. Went in one night to purchase a drink, witnessed one of the workers tell a Latino man that "[he] doesn't understand their Mexican policy. They don't do Mexico, they do America". This in reference to him attempting to purchase a tobacco product. Looks like he had a Mexican passport. Workers clearly don't have proper training. Refusing service due to age or thinking it was fake is one thing, refusing service due to country of origin is straight up discrimination. I'd be cautious if you are any type of minority trying to purchase from here. Just know you will be yelled at by the workers. Finished my purchase and left. Will never be returning.

24 hours, large lot for gas pumps, and a decently sized store for all of your drink/snack needs! There is only one way in and out of the gas station which can be inconvenient at times, but getting back into Douglas or Sunrise is really easy.

Recommend their Sausage Egg & Cheese Croisssant. It was $2.99 w/tax $3.26 but taste way better than any Starbucks or coffee shop breakfast sandwich. They had tap pay which made my visit quick.

Beware of the fat light skin black lady that works there. She deliberately short changed me and tried to play it off saying "oh I just got here, I gotta give you pennies and nickels" 11/02/22 @ 11:20ish pm. Not trustworthy at all. It wasn't enough to make me mad but it was enough to irritate me that she pulled that on me. Crooked people, count your change!

My husband went in tonight and he definitely experienced RACISM AND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! He went in to purchase alcohol so he showed his license. The cashier named Rachel asked him for his age. He told her she had his ID in her hand. And she straight denied the alcohol. He asked her what her name was because there was no reason why she would not sell the alcohol and she told him their conversation ended. No explanation, Nothing! Why? Because his English isn't great?? I always wonder how racist people and people with no customer service even get hired? I hope people NEVER HAVE TO EXPERIENCE RACISM EVER! Especially at this ampm!
