Nice employees, good fuel prices. But be prepared to be confronted every single time you enter and exit this place of business by the never ending supply of homeless and mentally unstable individuals that have apparently made this store their headquarters. And obviously the owners don’t care because they do nothing about it. Which is too bad for them because I did frequent this store multiple times daily but no more. I don’t need to be harassed by people that won’t do anything about their social status but rely on hard working people to get through another useless day in their lives.

I was on my way to work and needed to fill up super quickly, when I tried to pay the machine locked my card in and asked me to pay inside. It would not let me remove my card. I waited a few minutes and still my card was locked inside the card slot. So I went inside and told the clerk that my card was locked in the pump, he didn't even look up from his phone and just told me to go back outside and try again. I tried to explain to him that it had been a few minutes and the machine still wasn't releasing my card and he just insisted I go back outside and try again. My card would NOT come out. I at that point didn't have the time to wait for it to release on its own because I only had a few minutes to get to work. My card was still very much stuck so I went back in and asked if there was any way he could try and remove the card, he ignored me, I repeated my question and he once again told me to just go back outside pretty rudely and obviously annoyed by me coming back and requesting help again. As I tried once more to remove my card, no luck. So I left. Card still in the machine and me now late for work having to call my bank to replace my credit card and cancel the old one. Maybe if this guy had gotten off his phone for a millisecond to actually try and help me I could have avoided all that but no, he was obviously much too enthralled with something else to do the job he is literally paid to do.

Homeless people are allowed to camp outside the front door and beg for money. The Chevron across the street doesn't have this problem so I'm going to pay more for gas just to avoid society's underachievers.

My mom got 10 tacos here on work lunch. She said they were so hard like a rock she wouldn't even give them to a homeless person to eat. Leaving a review for her because she doesn't know how.

I turned 21 and the woman working there refused to give me my backwoods. Very rude and petty for no reason. I even showed her my ID. Just bitter for no reason. Do not go here. SHE ALWAYS HAS A NASTY ATTITUDE

Forewarning no working bathrooms. Super dirty on the outside and inside. Better stops in the locAl vicinity. If traveling along 50 don't wasted your time stopping. Not a great neighborhood either

Out of all the ampm stores in the Sacramento area, I think this is the only one where the employees wear their mask I've slammed a couple of ampm stores for not wearing masks during ms. Rona's reign, but I would say this is the exception

Very rude person working at Arco treated customers like crap. It was in the afternoon on 7/11/20 around five or 6 o'clock and my friend was treated poorly with disrespect. Shame on that employee for talking to people like that and make an I feel like they don't matter. I am dictating this for a friend of mine for she was too scared to post this so I am doing it for a friend

For 13 years I've lived 2 blocks away from this AM/PM and I am finally ready to write a review. The only reasons to go here are the low gas prices and the convenient location. Everything else is poor to awful. Here is today's experience: 3 of the 4 pump-side kiosks will not accept my $20 bills, this is very common here. Then, the pump won't start pumping for me. I go inside and ask them to start the pump because I have $40 on it. They say "go ahead it's working now." I go outside and it's not working. I go back inside to ask again, they say "sorry go ahead it's working now." I go back outside and again, it's not working. I head back inside for a 3rd time and the attendant meets me at the door -- she asks "what pump are you using?" Seriously? Wow. At least she finally got the pump working, what an effort it took. Often the door is locked for 15-30 minutes at random, usually in the late evening around 10pm. This is not a regular schedule, it's just random. This is a bad practice. Also, they have no public restroom. They are literally right off the freeway ramp and they have no public restroom. Believe me, they are only as polite as necessary in order to get you to spend your money there. I can tell you that they are not concerned much with customer satisfaction. They just want your money. So if you want cheap gas from a convenient location, this is a great place. If you want literally anything else, look for a better gas station.

Went in there around 6:30am today 8/20/19. This place is either understaffed or untrained. As there was 10 people standing in line with one cashier working the front. While the other employee was cleaning the bathroom and moving boxes all while looking at the line of customers looking back at him wondering why the hell is he not helping where he was needed! What a joke of a store. Sad because it is brand new and could be a lot better.

"Closed for maintenance" way too often. They've been "closed for maintenance" at least 4 times that I came here within the past month. Ridiculous. No store should be closed for maintenance that often, I highly doubt its true. The employee probably just wants to do nothing, so he locks the door and puts up that fake sign. I know only come here around 1AM to 3AM, that's when it's closes constantly, but it should still be open. It's called "AMPM," and it says open 24/7 on Google.

I came in for a glass of ice water and my debit card was not working. The cashier insisted on charging me for a soda for the cup. I was a few cents short and he insisted on me throwing it away. Its over 100 degrees. I come in there all the time for years. Not nice people. I'll spend my money elsewhere. This place is a smelly nasty pos anyways
