I came in to pay off my iPhone 12 and upgrade to the iPhone 15 , the pay off process was smooth and easy . Although Amir said they had a so called “promotion” going on where I get a “FREE” internet air hot spot that supposedly “Came with the IPhone15” . Now my bill is do and there is an extra 55$ added to my bill . I called the store to complain and the person I spoke to said “he’s going to be honest Amir the person who helped me the day of paying off my old phone and getting the new iPhone 15 just wanted to make an extra sale . I’m guessing he get commission from it ? But now I have to go out of my way and call customer service so I won’t get billed the 55$ and I also now have to go out of my way and return the device , A device I never asked about or needed in the first place it’s only 55$ but what makes me mad is them trying to play there customers . I knew it sounded to good to be true but because I trusted them I didn’t think anything of it . Be Aware of these scams

Wish I could give this store 0 stars. After trying to trade in my phone and being lied to about the trade in value, I'm now out $1100 and they won't honor what they said. It's not my fault an employee told me the wrong information. When I tried to talk to someone about it, I kept getting beat around the bush answers, "call customer service" "the manager is busy right now". For days. I called multiple times and went in person 3 times as well. No solutions. Had to go to another store for them to help me and even customer service there and on the phone said that the original store had majorly messed up. AT&T customer service couldn't help me much but they atleast gave me some credit for this stores MAJOR mess up. I've never been treated with such disrespect. Will NEVER recommend this store to anyone, not even my enemies.

Allen, the store manager, demonstrated calm in his work with us. There were numerous customers that yelled at him, storming in and out, irrationally, and he was able to help three customers at a time quite efficiently, while waiting for a store employee who had apparently clocked in to work to appear on the store floor. He was dealing with impossible characters and handled all of the people, including us, flawlessly. Allen is top notch.

I didn't realize my other post was through my other emails. So I get to leave A second one star review so that my local guide star is present. These guys, we're not helpful at all. Nor were they honest about our interaction on the phone. Prior to arrival, they told us that what we needed was in stock, but it was not. Would definitely, recommend checking out Amazon at this point. It's cheaper even with our fifty percent new customer discount. Installation in service team were fantastic the services great the instore interaction was dismal.

One of the employees' white person low hair don't know his name. Overall, he was disrespectful and very rude. Tried to give my phone for credit and he said that "I can't take this because the charger port being broken I shouldn't even take this because it was at a different store you purchased this phone from." And then basically said,"If you're not going to buy anything, then get out of my store" with a very snotty attitude. Definitely will be going back to this store again with my first time experience being over here was like. And being a loyal customer for 25+ years

If you can avoid this store, do so at all costs. I learned the best thing is to go to a corporate store--it was made clear to me this morning by an employee that this location is a 3rd party vendor and that its employees are minimum wage people doing this while they pursue other life ambitions. I purchased a phone here with no problem the evening prior, though I directly witnessed an altercation between a customer and a manager. During the phone purchase was sold the wrong headphones by the rep who pulled the equipment for me. When I went in the next morning to exchange for the right headphones, the employee who helped me told me I should have checked it before I left and that he could not exchange it. I told him that telling a customer that its their fault when they were sold an incompatible piece of equipment was poor customer service. Eventually I agreed to an exchange for the right headphone for a higher cost and I did ask if he could eat the difference for my trouble, to which he refused and subsequently said "he no longer felt comfortable" selling me anything and told me I'd have to go to a corporate store. The guy was obviously upset and now being vindictive. During the course of the conversation, he also mentioned he was wrapping up nursing school and that this was just a minimum wage gig to get him through it. A manager eventually took over and finished the transaction. Never going to this location ever again and frankly am considering cancelling AT&T service now.
