Horrible Experience, I called asking how much they charge for a AC Refill and was quoted $120. I head over and drop off the car, 20 minutes later I came back and was told the AC pump wasn't turning on and they had filled the condenser with 3 ounces of Freon but the AC pump wasn't kicking on. They visually inspected my pump and pulled a few fuses. Mark then asked me what I wanted to do next and recommended a diagnostic at $120 an hour. I told mark I'd diagnose it myself or just replace the ac compressor. When I went to check out they charged me $150 for their 20 minute uneducated "diagnostic" and 3 ounces of freon they wouldn't recover and told me to let it out which is definitely illegal but hey these guys make it seem like they know more than you. Also this place reeks and looks like a tornado touched down in their office. No idea how they keep track of parts around that place. Beware of this place and keep your guard up if you unfortunately have to deal with them.

I rarely write reviews of repair shops since there are many that either don't know what they are doing or just out to make a quick buck off someone. I want to thank Marc and Josh of A Auto Care who took hands on from the beginning to the end. Marc and his team of mechanics is honest and to the point of what is needed to correct the issues on our vehicle. We own a 2013 Mercedes GL550 with 87,000 miles on it. This SUV is the family vehicle and I baby the heck out of this SUV so my loved ones are safe when they are riding it. I purchased a brand new water pump assembly kit and the lower radiator hose and brought it to their shop to have them install it. In the process, Marc pointed out the other worn out plastic tubes that needs to be replaced so I don't encounter more issues that's attached to this brand new water pump and it's done right the first time. I was on a tight budget since the holiday's wiped me out and Marc tried to keep the other parts and additional labor as low as possible to help me out which he did. We love this SUV so it's worth every penny spent as long as I know my family is safe ridding in it. My honest opinion.....IF you want your vehicle repaired right the first time, bring it to this shop. Very honest with great customer service hands down. My family and I thank you all.

My daughter's car needed a new starter and after calling several other shops and being quoted more than $650 for a refurbished starter replacement, we were quoted a much lower price at A Auto Care for a brand new starter. The owner is fair and honest, which is hard to come by. I would highly recommend A Autocare for car repair and maintenance.

Fantastic shop. Straight shooters. I brought my Porsche here after some "difficulties" with maintenance at another local shop. Mark and Dan quickly identified the best path and were super helpful. They did my brakes and my driveline repair and I was extremely impressed with everything about this shop Awesome old school shop and integrity.

Mike and the front desk were more than helpful in helping diagnose my car issue. Very recently I took my car in for a tune up with my regular mechanic whom shall remain nameless. The estimate for my 2017 Infinity QX70 was $1700 for a brake job including rotors plus the cost of an oil change so another $192 which had already been done. I almost had a heart attack. I I told the owner don't do anything else. I was going to pick up the car and get other estimates. Immediately I called A Auto and Dan answered. Even he was shocked by the estimate. He told me to bring the car to them and the owner Mark would check out the car completely! I am so INCREDIBLY GRATEFUL to Dan and Mark! The cost? Five hundred dollars TOTAL!!! If I had brought the car to them the oil change would have been $85! In a day and age when everything is so expensive cost matters! The first mechanic? It's one thing to overcharge, it's quite another to GOUGE! I will NEVER go back there ever again. From here on out A Auto 916-638-2700 will have ALL my business!!! Anyone that needs a mechanic? You would be very wise to call them first!

Took my car there to do a transmission swap only. These guys not only took my engine out not needed, they broke my turbo completely, didnt give permission to touch it at all, broken inter wheel splash guards both sides, missing bolts, wrong intercooler hoses put on when I just had installed new ones,headlight harness not plugged in, wrong coolant in car, wrong bolts on cat, vacuum hoses connected wrong. Please avoid this place if you love your car, because this should never happen to anyone!

Mark and the technicians at A Auto Care have provided exceptional service and repair for my company vehicle. The technicians at A Auto Care have replaced my brakes, serviced my air conditioning, and repaired an exhaust leak between the turbo and the exhaust manifold. Every repair has been completed to my full satisfaction. Mark has followed up on my repairs to ensure that my company vehicle was running to my complete satisfaction. I will only take my vehicle to A Auto Care for all future vehicle repairs. I highly recommend A Auto Care for all auto repairs.

I took my truck in for a brake job and the night I got it back from the shop, I noticed it was grinding. I took it back and they "fixed" it but not even a week later, my brakes have critically failed.

A Auto Care is honest. I spoke with Marc, who took a look at our Honda Odyssey and gave me his professional opinion about our situation. Marc was awesome. He knew where to start, where to look, and what our options were. He was happy to work on our car, but was also honest about how to save us time and money for what we actually needed. He later took me back to the garage and showed me the work he was doing. Marc was courteous and gave me best estimates and opinions before letting me make the decision with no pressure, no up-sell, no unnecessary work. I was not expecting it, because he was so honest and up-front. We ended up saving hundreds if not thousands of dollars by going to A Auto Care. Most importantly, I found a business that built trust first. When I was there, their garage appeared to be clean, organized and work was quiet, but the mechanics were busy. Lot of cars in the garage being worked on. I wonder why. Because the ones in our community who are fortunate to have discovered A Auto Care wouldn't go anywhere else! Thanks Marc! We will tell everyone we can about you! If we ever need anything we will be back for sure!

I was very happy with the work A Auto Care did on my 2008 Honda CRV. I had been told by a couple other shops that I had a front engine seal leak. A Auto Care took a look at it and determined that it was coming from the back of the engine. They held off on a final diagnosis until they could pull the transmission to see where the leak was actually coming from. As it turned out, it wasn't from the front seal at all. It was from a plug referred to as a galley plug at the rear of the engine. I'm afraid that if I would've let one of the other shops do the repair, the wrong service would have been performed and I would have still had the same problem and been out for an additional unnecessary cost. I was also very pleased with the pictures that they took of the problem, so I was able to make an informed decision about how to move forward with the repair. This is a competent shop.

Spent alot of time shopping around for the right price on a transmission replacement on my 4runner. Marc gave me the best price and it's been two years and truck still runs great!
