Avis Car Rental

Car Rental
Hours: Avis Car Rental in Rancho Cordova offers a stress-free car rental experience with its extensive global network of over 5,000 locations in 165 countries. The support staff is generally great and willing to go the extra mile, but there have been some instances where the manager has not met customer service standards. The Avis location on Sunrise Blvd has received praise for its exceptional agent, Jade, who has always been very helpful, friendly, and has consistently delivered more than expected. Customers have suggested that Avis consider a higher position and role for Jade. Another positive experience was with an unnamed woman at the front desk who was praised for her quick, easy, and friendly service while renting a car. Customers have also commended Jade and Haani for their unparalleled service in meeting their business and personal rental needs. However, there have been some recent positive experiences as well. A customer who had a check engine light issue was impressed with the care and efficiency of a younger woman at the Rancho Cordova location, who went out of her way to switch the customer's rental car to a newer, cleaner model, even though it was not the type of vehicle the customer had initially requested.
