Driver unloading facility… carefully….first haul for them all the way and then unloading that’s bully…. Will never haul for them again… and suggest Don’t haul for them or ask full day wages for your driver and truck and trailer…. Brokerage didn’t mention this probably eating all lumper money…. Allen Lund brokerage….

By appointment. Friendly. Lots of cool turkeys roaming the neighborhood.WARNING regarding 14 foot trailers. Do NOT out your axles back. You may get caught on the decorative awning that is separate and above the exterior dock doors. Just saying.

On our way up to Reno for my dad's birthday weekend, we stopped at Ikeda's to grab some lunch. Attached to a small market, the lunch counter is known for their burgers, pot pie's, sandwiches, and of course, fresh baked pie. The line was pretty long but moved quickly and our wait for our food wasn't bad. It was a nice day so we sat outside on the patio. They offer both indoor and outdoor seating. I ordered the Tasty Burger with a side of fries. I opted out of getting their special sauce on my burger which was a combination of mayonnaise, relish, and mustard. They have ketchup and mustard on the side that you can put on yourself. The burger was juicy and just a classic All-American grilled burger. We all got a side order of fries but they are huge. We could have easily shared just one order and been fine. We couldn't leave without having an infamous slice of pie. My boyfriend and I shared their chocolate cream pie and my dad opted for blueberry pie í la mode. The pie was delicious and the perfect ending to a perfect lunch.

This place was such a pleasant surprise! Stopped in with my boyfriend on the way home from Grass Valley after a quick camping trip. Menu was pretty straight forward so decided to order the tri tip sandwich (+ jack cheese), onion rings and a slice of strawberry rhubarb pie. The sandwich was awesome, piled high with lots of meat and tomatoes and came with sautéed onions with a side of horseradish sauce and au jus. The onion rings were so delicious, tasted like they were freshly fried. They were gigantic too and a good portion to share. The pie was amazing as well, really sweet and tart and the crust was nice and flaky. We enjoyed it so much we also got a full marionberry pie to take home. Will definitely be stopping in this place anytime I'm in the area.

Got some pie. Got some dried produce. Lovely assortment of sauces for gourmet eats. A GREAT stop on your way to Tahoe for lovely food to take if you're renting a home. All the pies are great! Fresh and perfect for vacation or holidays. Although we didn't eat at the location, we did spend lots of time browsing and also picked up dried soup mix, always a great thing to have onhand for quick dinners later. Everything was very tasty. The restaurant doesn't really have vegetarian meals. Heads up: the grocery baskets are very stuck together. Be careful to separate them because two were stuck and I thought it was one. The bottom basket fell out later injuring my foot. Otherwise, I'd recommend this place!

Burgers are good, pies gooey, I don't love shoestring fries, but their Parmesan and truffles fries are delicious. My burger had sautéed red onions with mushrooms. I disagree having red onions sautéed, better if it was a caramelize sweet onions. The mushrooms were fantastic. Loved the peach pie. Dang, I didn't get pictures on this phone.
