I was a customer for 45 years. I received a banking statement for my checking account that had a monthly service charge of $25 per month. Since of a location situation because many BofA branches were closed I signed up with a credit union a quarter mile from my home. I found an actual BofA branch that had walk in service which was 8 miles from my home. I talked to a Teller about the increase and the usual response was that they hav administrative fees with Checking. I said I would like to close my account. No problem the teller stated. So it was done after 45 years. Loyalty had nothing to do with them and losing a customer.

Huge line of people waiting for a checker. Only 2 checkers helping people. Lady at the back is helping People deposit their checks who have been waiting the least amount of time. Two people sitting at their desks talking about BBQ. It's ridiculous.

I am new to town and was reluctant to use this branch due to the reviews, but I have came by twice and staff was so wonderfully friendly, engaging and helpful. I had to post. A five star experience the building for a little older, but it's the people that make it great. I look forward to using this location for my banking purposes .

I needed to change the name of the recipient on the cashier's check. I was sure it might be a long and difficult process. But the young manager did it super fast and without charge. I am happy to be a customer of this bank.

I should have read the reviews before attempting to avail a service from this center. Worst ever experience from a BofA staff in the past 15 years. I went in for a notary service with all the required documents. In spite of it, the person responsible for providing the notary service was very rude and blindly denied the service without any valid justifications. I respect their rights but as a BofA customer, I wish they provide a reason to deny any such service rather than being extremely rude. It was very clear that the staff showed racist intentions to deny the service which upset me the most. I wish they get trained in customer service and politeness if they wanted to do business and retain customers. I would NEVER recommend anyone visiting this financial center for ANY services.

SettingThe Bank is centrally located in Rancho and near a good amount of shopping routes, which is a plus. ExperienceI had the same experience with tellers as many people mentioned in reviews. Only two tellers available and long waits. However, the teller was really helpful and helped us urgently fullfill our needs. ProCentrally located and they have a huge amount of tellers available including a drive through. ConsAdding more staff would really help the experience, but my assumption is BOA wants clients to move to using online banking. TipsUse the BOA app or call ahead of time for any needs. Also, if you have a credit card issue talk to a manager or representive and not a teller.

This is really a poor financial institution with poor staffing and triage skills. Always have 1-2 tellers never any more especially during high volume times. Very slow moving lines and no awareness or customer service about how long the whole process to get something from the teller takes. At the same time I see customers making small talk when at the window when there's such a long line and wait, there should be efficiency to keep things moving. I used to bank with chase until I combined accounts w my husband and I never experienced this with chase. Avoid BOA if you can especially this location.

Not enough employees to help clients. They have separate window for business clients but no one is there to help. Whenever I go to this branch, always have to wait 30-40 minutes. Them people sits in cubicles, don’t help on windows although there is a long line.

The line is ALWAYS long with only 2 tellers. The manager is unprofessional at best in both her appearance and customer relations. I typically don't comment on a person's appearance but she is not representing well at all.

There are 18 people in the line and only one teller. When I start telling about that workers are laughing they don't care about customers. Terrible service. This is not first time
