Super disappointed today, super crowded as far as merch and the line. I came in in some relaxing clothes (not super dressed to impressed) but I was running errands. The first employee that greeted me followed me around as if I was going to rung out with armfuls of candles or something. Only one checkout until there were five more people behind me. Finally go to check out and the lady who's ringing me up is texting on her phone while I'm waiting for my receipt. I'll just order online next time.

What can I say? One of my favorite stores. I probably spend too much money monthly here, and online but they have such good deals. I can't help myself. Candle day are the best. Besides their semi-annual sales!

I love this location, everyone is super sweet & so helpful when I go in there. The thing that drove me to write this review though is that they were so sweet about price matching something while I was in store tonight & then when I got home I noticed they've personally cut up cardboard rectangles to reinforce the bottoms of their bags & they also placed them in between the layers of candles in the bag, which I don't think the other locations do, at least that I've seen. I'll definitely continue going to this location for future purchases :)

I love this store. The workers are super friendly, store is always organized, anytime I ask any worker where a scent is they're able to show me and I never have to wait very long in their lines. I don't do very many returns for candles but every time i have- it's been super easy and convenient. I have been to multiple Bath & Body works and I always have the same experience.

My apologies but I don't have an image to share about what the store looks like... its across from Target store which is convenient, as well as KP International, which is also the next parking lot over. I came here bcuz I saw the sign at the window of their store front saying "EVERYTHING IN STORE"... so it caught my attention what that can be. Of course it was the buy 3 get 3 free deal! I mainly just bought the plug-in refills since I love them the most! Plus a new light up plug in for the bathroom... which was part of "ANY 3" deal. I was sure bummed they ran out of their antibacterial lotion. First time to use that and not only did they smell great, U can feel the antibacterial texture on your skin but it leaves a nice smooth feeling afterwards. The store alone was a bit tight.. it did feel on the bit smaller side but wasn't extremely cramped. Overall the customer service there was great. Everyone greeted me with some help and made sure I knew the deal of the day. They also explained what items were low on since some stuff I wanted for the deal was out of that scent.. I was bummed.. but store was great to visit and may come back in the future. I don't go to B&B too often.. normally during a sale or great deals which is a holiday event.

The staff and service needs some serious c/service training! I want to say this is because of the current pandemic restrictions but well before COVID I've had other unpleasant experiences at this location. My latest visit was supposed to be for curbside pickup and I ended up waiting over an hour and ten minutes to get my items. I actually was considering to go in and do more shopping so waited in the line, after I gave my name for my pick-up but came to my sense. No more $$ to this location. The staff member monitoring the access to stay at the eight in the store was really good about reciting the overly empathetic sorry but needs to work on her lies! and her retention. First she said the staff member doing the curbside was on break ( the store opened at 10AM and I was there at 10:45AM). I would've come for the opening time but when I called the day prior, I was told they opened the next day at 11AM. Is it too hard to educate the staff? I was put on hold while the staff member checked and she still gave inaccurate info. Perhaps she was just as confused given the wrong times posted on line, and at the store. She asked me my name five different times. Really? By the fifth time I asked her if perhaps she should write it down? The staff person filling the bags was frazzled and extra slow! One would think to fill the orders prior to sending customers the email saying come on in your order is ready! Furthermore, this was when the store just opened. No surprise why the line wraps around to get in. Also with the limitation of only 8 in the store, it would make more sense to make people go in one by one, not wait for shoppers of two to come out to send the next two in! All common sense decisions that seem to escape management and staff at this location. I strongly advise go to other locations! I do love their products just not purchased from this location!

I love this store. Today was like the worst day ever, and I was so confused by a return I had to do that I started crying! The manager, Kelly, explained things to me in a kind, helpful and compassionate way. I walked out with my issue resolved and felt better. This store is truly the best! They treat you well, even when you're a hot mess!

Business hours aren't updated, we got there and tried to open the door and an employee rudely yelled "CLOSEDDDD!!!" And my fiancé and I. So rude. They need to change their employees or their attitudes. It's not that hard to be nice.

We loved the products at this store, but after taking them home and using them in our house, one of our cats started to get sick. If you have pets, you might not want to use some of their products. Now we only use the car air fresheners and at least our cars smell great!

For the most part it's been a good experience however I went there once with my daughter and they kept questioning her as if she was going to shoplift? My daughter is only 10 years old and would NEVER EVER IN A MILLION YEARS SHOPLIFT !

I had the day off and just wanted to look around, but I was welcomed with the best customer service I have received in a long time. I ended up spending $120 and will only shop at that location or online just because of how welcomed I felt. Dominique shared with me her favorite promotional scent and I fell in love with it. Dominique made me feel so good to be there, she was so helpful and knowledgeable on the products. That girl definitely deserves a fat bonus/raise because she is owning her part and bringing customers back. I wish I could have a sales associate like her help me everywhere I shop.
