My account manager is always helpful. Best to communicate via email. Telephone answering system is tedious. My checks for rent are always on time.

I agree how do they stay in business and if they want me to come in I'm sorry because I live 4hrs north and I have no vehicle of any kind but my own 2 feet and I hitchhike just to get to town

I'm very unhappy with their performance, I am late on bills cause I couldn't get a check to pay bills and I can never get a hold of them , especially when I'm trying to rent a home and never can get a hold of them for expensive that I need for housing. Any expensive that I have I can't seem to get my money to buy what I need

I have NEVER experienced such poor service. It is a so bad that this month rent is late...I wonder if they want to pay the late fee of $175.00 ? How this place stay in business is a MYSTERY...I have NEVER received a call, piece of mail, or any communication at ALL.How hard is a set of key strokes to make?I've gone all the way up the ladder andIt's clear the employees are following theleader, as they are just as bad. I wish all of you good luck.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE un trained, unprofessional rude etc The worst they never answer the phone account manager never calls back after leaving many messages I have to send many emails to get a response then get told I'm spaming my account information is being withheld from me as well as my moneyDO NOT USE THIS SERVICEUnless you like someone being Rude to you I could say so much more none of it's good I'm changing to another service first thing in morning

In my opinion they SUCK ! They mismanage'd my money ! I had an income increase yet that was not reflected in my deposit from them ! They NEVER answer their phone ! They DON'T return phone calls ! ! And to top it off when you try to pay specific bills & have to enter your card info 9 times outta 10 you get an error message, you feet told to recheck your info & try again but it's the same over & over again ! ! And that's just for starters ! !
