Going here was a great experience for me only because of molly! She was very kind and funny. She made my day a lot better just by helping me, she’s got great customer service and a good person to go to when you’re in the facility!

Hands down the best place to go for a loan or cashing your check, the team that works there are always on top of it making it an easy transaction. The store is clean, the manager is great and man what a central location.

I choose to take my checks every week to this store even though Walmart across the street is cheaper. They have the nicest employees here it's a nice experience every time, Jennice is awesome she always helps fast and has a smile, they all seem really great I just don't remember all the names except I think Molly? I think she's cool too. Thank you so much!

Today I was filled with physical pain throughout my body and honestly I was nervous about going into the check cashing place because I've had bad experiences with customer service. But today was amazing. Jemice was wonderful. Very kind and asked how my day was going. Was so polite . If you've ever heard the phrase it feels like home or it feels like family. That's how jemice made me feel. Great customer service and just being a genuinely kind person is the backbone of any company. She was also very efficient at her job. I hope she gets a raise. We need more people like jemice ❤️ also thank you Jemice for making my day today. I hope you are blessed each day ❤️

THANK GOODNESS for april if it weren’t for her I would be late on my phone bill not only did she inform me on how I can log back into my account and who to call but she also said a little little to help me and one other person. the staff at the zinfandel location are always welcoming and helpful

Called and talked to Jemice she gave me some good info over the phone so i went in and luckily I got her as a rep inside to, she was extremely helpful and we even had a few laughs after a long day at work the interaction with someone like her was honestly needed.
