I was locked out of my apartment due to a faulty doorknob. I stopped by the management office on the way to the pool to let them know. Before I returned from my swim, they had replaced it with a brand new one. No sweat, no delay.

It’s summer and with triple digit temperatures, the swimming pools are closed. Two of the swimming pools we went to today has this notice (see photos) posted on the gate.Add to that, online maintenance requests that has not been done since January and a second maintenance request over the phone a couple of months ago. Still waiting to get a call from maintenance.Car has also been broken into last March. Also, when we moved in towards the end of December 2022, the heater closet door lock is not working and the door was wide open completely getting soaked in the rain.Requested to have them fix the lock two weeks after we moved in but was told they are all gonna be fixed and that they are just behind. Installed a child safety lock (as seen in the photo) so it can be closed at least. It is a safety issue.We are very patient tenants and there is always the option to move. They require a 60-day notice by the way.

I gave it a 2 stars because the faucet has been leaking in one of our bathrooms since we moved in and when the maintenance guy came he said they would “come on Monday to fix it” it’s already been 2/3 weeks and nobody has even bothered to come. Also the carpet is starting to lift and we barely moved in about 3 months ago. And again they haven’t done anything about it. We really thought these Apts were much better, but I guess we were wrong.

I put the order in on Friday. Didn't hear anything until Saturday. It was fixed but my carpet needs to be cleaned. I told on Tuesday someone would come on Wednesday but no one showed.

During a health and hygiene emergency while it started out like they were going to get the problem resolved however it was a job outside the scope of what the maintenance team could handle and we were without a functioning toilet and water for well over 24 hours, to make matters worse rey were informed that the plumbing was intact connected to at the very least the apartment directly behind us and every time they used water or flushed their toilet it caused mine to overflow! Finally a plumber was dispatched he was unskilled, unprofessional and when he was done it took me hours to clean up the extreme mess he left behind! Completely unprofessional all the way around!

I would like to know if the hot tub near building 7 will be available and repaired. It has not worked for 3 years. Covid-19’s is over basically so can we have the exercise room reopened. It’s used as storage. I pay for these things and may have to move. I found that there is a culture of passing the responsibility when complaints happen. I asked before but no response? Please know the maintenance staff is excellent, office needs work.

Avoid these apartments don't let the amenities fool you. These apartments are way overpriced for the outdated appliances that they still have. Don't bother trying to call the office for a maintenance issue you will be forwarded to the offsite answering company. I paid my rent on time often early in my two years of living here. I gave appropriate notice and even paid my balance for them to forward my account to a revenue recovery company and charge me $$ for a late fee when my payment was never late. I would avoid these apartments and drive down the block or elsewhere save yourself.

Im so disappointed in choosing this property as my home. As decided to move here because of convenience and since I moved about a month and a half ago it's been nothing but inconvenient. There's unwanted bugs in the units, AC doesn't work since Monday and today is Friday, I'm paying for a "smart home" and still have not had any assistance getting it put together and on top of that every time I call no one answers. It's really disappointing to have to pay full rent but I'm not receiving what I'm paying for.

Lori showed us around the property!She was great! Very kind, professional and patient with all of the questions we had. The property was well manicured, clean and I was surprised at the amenities! Full gym multiple pools, volleyball courts and pickle ball!!!! I really was happy how quiet the property was. No road noise. What a plus!My partner and I are very excited to move in!

Do not move here! They will not return your deposit at all unless you fight tooth and nail then they will still try to give you nothing. Took over a month to get practically NO deposit (less than $100) after they confirmed after doing my walk through that they would not let me attend that I would be receiving over 3xs what they gave me. Charging to fully replace the carpet after living there 5 years (no kids or pets) is complete theft. Such a high turnover in staff, rude and unprofessional. The water is constantly turned off without notice, I don’t know how many times the water has cut off while I’ve been in the shower without notice and it be off all day. It’s a hassle to get maintenance requests completed, they will mark them as completed and never even come to your apartment, they also stop answering the phone to avoid the issue. Be aware of the sales pitch they give you when moving in it’s like you’re at a dealership, the apartment you do the walk through in will be nothing like the apartment you move into. The only closet you have is in your bedroom no hall closet, not even a linen closet or shelves, oh and be prepared to pay for parking. Living here has been infuriating on a consistent basis.

Avoid this place at all costs...unless you want to go days without water ...and many more days with broken essentials because of unanswered maintenance requests. They randomly enter your apartment too without warning. For the price you pay here you deserve better. Take your business elsewhere. If I could give 0 stars definitely would.UPDATE: Said manager will respond to your comment but will not pick up your calls. Just bad news all round. Go elsewhere! Not worth the hustle. Your time and money is more valuable.
