I love the gas station and the grocery part of it. Most of the people I encounter are friendly, but man, this chick at the food court has no manners! The girl was just mean and disrespectful. I ordered 2 chicken bakes and the girl who punched it when I was checking out my grocery made some mistakes that she voided items and I was confused as heck. The check-out lady was a bit confused and said that they charged me for pizza and a chicken bake. I even said, I didn't want any pizza, but if I paid for it, of course I'll take it. I went to the pick-up line and they were trying to figure out what was going on, so the girl came to the window and started talking, and I said, the check-out lady said I have 2 items to pick-up from here, and she said "Don't cut me off because I want to explain" with a freaking attitude and tone I did not appreciate, and I said "I just want you to know what I was told". That right there is effed up customer effing service! If the customer is confused, assist them and tell them the best way possible instead of talking to them that way! You're the face of the company and man, this def makes the company look bad. I still love Costco, but this girl better check herself out. If you're not happy with the job, look elsewhere.

The best update is the new gas station at this older Costco in Rancho Cordova. The latest add-on of the gas station is not as busy as another Costco gas station in the Sacramento area. This Costco store itself is one of the oldest stores in the Sacramento area. It looks outdated. But the store is still spotless and well organized inside. This is a less crowded Costco. I enjoyed shopping here more than in some jam-packed Costco stores. I can spend time with the items I'm interested in without feeling rushed. The shopping experience is better than most Costco, especially on the weekends. The food court is in the outdoor area in front of the store. Very uncomfortable! I don't think I can enjoy my food right next to the driveway in a busy parking lot. I'll probably just order to go at this location only!

I just moved into the neighborhood about 10 minutes away and needed to get items from Costco of course. I read reviews on both yelp and Google and they had great reviews from customer service to the quick lines at the gas stations and inside. I have never been to this one, except for Folsom, which is the next stop up further. On a Wednesday late afternoon it was quite dead and I was very happy about that. food court is outside while I am used to the food court being inside. The line moved fairly quick as well for the outside food court. The employees at the food court were very nice and attentive. When it comes to items at Costco...Costco is Costco, you will not be disappointed. I love walking through each aisle and checking everything out. Unfortunately I was not able to do so this time on my very first time shopping at this Costco because I ended up getting a dresser and a TV Consol within 15 minutes for my new house. So I just went to grab a case of water and headed out to the cashier. the cashier that helped me did not smile at all he did not talk, and he did not greet. He just scanned items. I overheard the conversation at the cashier right next to us, and the employee was being rude to the customer because she was irritated that the lady box or her items into empty cartons already thinking she was being helpful, but she was not, and the town that the employee gave to the customer was clearly aggravation. The person that helped me with my merchandise pick up for my AirTags also do not smile or have any emotion when she talk to me. I just find it so odd because every Costco I go to the employees are happy or smiling, and do not act this way. There's just really turn me off and I will drive 10 more minutes for the out to the Folsom Costco where they are much friendlier. .

While in Sacramento we decided to check out this costco as well, mainly i was trying to see whether they have some fancy Asian stuff. To my surprise, i didn't found a lot of Asian stuff that my home store doesn't has in Kentucky. But they do has the Asha noodle pack, sesame salad dressing. Panko calamari which i don't see in store at home. I guess i may need to spend more time here to find more treasure! The store itself is very organized and clean. They also has the liquor inside the store. I love to come to Costco even when i don't really need anything. I guess I'm a costco fan!

Costco gas stations are generally super busy. This location is no exception. The waiting is worth it though! The lines move fairly quickly, there are multiple pumps, and for those that need help, there is always an attendant near by happy to help. If you're not a Costco member, it may be worth becoming one just to save on the cost of gasoline. The new station ( adjacent to the old one) will be opening soon. The new station has easier to use pumps!

This Costco location is one of the best I've been to! Their stock is almost always the latest releases and they keep their aisles and facilities clean! The food court line here consistently moves a little slow, but they do a good job. They also got the earliest drop of special edition Squishmallows for Christmas time I've seen for any of the other local Costco's.

This pharmacy is grade A. I used to buy through online mail order through Cigna. But Costco is cheaper and customer service is stellar!

Started making trips to Costco with some friends. We like to come out to the Rancho location during a weekday because it's less crowded and busy. We can find easy parking, grab a bite to eat before shopping and then browse the store with our grocery list (and maybe some new things we find interesting). Going to this Costco lately has been an easy experience.

Very convenient and close to my house. This Costco does seem a little smaller than the others, but I can typically find everything I need and want.My only complaint is that the gas station at this location is VERY small, so the line is always long and congested. However, this is being solved as they are currently building a larger gas station area.

Had such a great experience at this location's tire center. Pao was super helpful and went above and beyond to help me out with my flat tire. Great customer service and quick turn around as well! The inspection probably took ~10 min or so and the tire swap out another 10 min. Overall process took maybe about 30 minutes or so but I also was the only one there when I got there on a Wednesday night ~7pm. Super thankful for his help and highly recommend this location for the tire center! Also this Costco seems to be well stocked with inventory as well.

PHARMACY ISSUES -- I made an online appointment and was scheduled for a booster COVID shot at 11:00 on 4/4/2022. I was there on time, I didn't need to fill out any forms because I completed the process online, and I was first in line. It was 11:45 when the door was opened and Linda, the technician, gave me my shot. I asked why she was so late and she replied smugly, "Oh well, it's Monday and we're running a little late." Unacceptable! I am not going to recommend this pharmacy to anyone going forward. The tardiness of service is simply not acceptable!

This is my favorite Costco! It's not crazy busy like the other ones in the area. I can usually find a decent parking spot and pop in and out quickly which is awesome. They have friendly and efficient staff as well. Last time I was in there to buy a truckload of flooring James V. and Michael B. were so kind to load it all into my truck and declined any kind of tip for their time. I hope this place stays somehow under the radar and doesn't get way too crazy.
