Girl with curly hair was not knowledgeable. She didn’t do the transfer correctly. She didn’t even reset the internet setting after transferring my phone and number. It only worked because she had it hooked up to the WiFi. I had to go in and reset my network settings so it could work. Please hire educated people

BE AWARE!!! When I opened a new Cricket Service, their employees told me I would get $100 reward after one month of service. After one month and 15 days I see no $100 reward on my Cricket App, so I went back to this store and they told me my plan would have to be $55 plan or more to get that reward. Why didn’t the tell me that in the beginning before I opened a new service? This is basically FALSE INFORMATION, BAIT & SWITCH tactic used to get new customers.
