Josh is one of the most ethical people in the business. I ordered a part from him on EBay. It came exactly as described. I couldn't quite get it into my car due to a difficult install. He tried his best to give me the information I needed to get it to work. When I couldn't, he gave me a full refund. I did return the part in its original condition. I would do business with him again.
