I accidentally left my unit open and the manager closed and locked it for me. Chaneisa was quick to help me regain access. This has been the best storage experience I have ever had. And I have rented many in my 59 years.

I couldn’t get into my storage unit because the lock and sliding door were stuck. Chaneisa at Extra Storage in Rancho Cordova was amazing—so helpful, patient, and professional. She brought tools, tried different solutions, and got the door sliding smoothly. Great attitude, friendly, and went above and beyond. Highly recommend asking for her if you need assistance!

I had my storage unit for less then 60 days. The unit was broken into and half of mine and my girlfriends stuff was stolen. After we were broken into the employee let us know it happens all the time. The police officer we filed our report with let us know he had been there 30+ times in the last 6 months for robberies and they had ongoing investigations going. It would have been great to be warned or notified by the company before all my stuff was stolen that this happens all the time... On top of that the lock that keep getting broken into are provided for free from the company. And apparently the storage unit almost never provides the video footage to the police when requested. NEVER GO HERE!

Do not store your stuff here. My friend had her stuff stolen this month and the police officer told her over 100 people have called about their stuff stolen from here just this year!! They aren't doing anything about it. They will not give up the security footage. The employees are sketchy. DO NOT STORE YOUR STUFF HERE.

Got a storage unit at a fair price and they immediately raised the rate. It did not say introductory rate or anything. They double the price within two months. To a ridiculously high rate for a tiny unit. Just cleaned it out. Buy a shed instead for the price of two months rent. Rip off

Thus far everything has been great CC at the desk has always helped me as has Kris has as well the facility in my opinion is clean and the Ladies in the office are extremely friendly and helpful ✌🏾❤️🤙🏾

Staff is exceptionally nice and helpful, the description of the units are off by about 6 inches. Had to upgrade to a larger unit to accommodate my vehicle storage.
