The people that work here are nice, nothing against them. I do think the company could invest in some more security measures. Our unit got broken into and robbed recently. Seems like more people and their dogs living in the parking lot and maybe even some of the units.

Service is great, property is very cleaned and well maintained. And Mike is a good manager because good job he's very friendly and polite and courteous and I love having my space at extra space.

Excellent customer service. I rented an outdoor space for my toy hauler and it was difficult to park due to the layout of the facility. They contacted another facility close by that was more suited for trailers. The new facility credited me back my payment and started a new contract. We found a space that I was able to easily park in. Very happy with how I was treated at both locations. Thank you!

I have been with Extra Space storage for years and I have seen my rental go up and up and up and then down again and now it’s going up again from 161.00 to 261.00 and has gone to over 300.00 , very disappointing experience literally THIS MORE THEN 10% HIKE TOTALLY DISAPPOINTING

Sade definitely made my experience very welcoming, even though while signing up with the call center, no one notified me that I would not be getting climate control on the second floor got to the facility. It was extremely hot so they explained to me that this is just a temporary thing and she was willing to find me another unit on the lower level, which was not in my budget. I advised that I may need to cancel and find another location. She gave me several options. Maybe only putting things in there that doesn't need to be in claimant until the middle of September, when the AC will be back up and running the company definitely is false advertising, but she made me stay just with her outstanding customer service.
