Terrible customer service. Gave them two chances. The manager decided I could only have four FedEx boxes even though I had five shipments so I had to go somewhere else anyway. The entire staff operated with zero urgency but the grinch that wouldn’t help me was a real piece of work. She managed to drag out my request for five small boxes (because the floor shelf wasn’t stocked) into a disappointing ten minutes ordeal and only 80% successful. The whole store needs to be cleaned out, starting with the manager and working down. I’ll just go directly to the real FedEx Ship Center 1.2 miles away where they appreciate their customers.

The white lady was there she is the worst she was rude and unprofessional she was trying to charge me $13 for a box for an item I was trying to return to Walmart she said she didn’t like my box, I went to another FedEx store and the lady was nice and smiling and she didn’t say nothing about my box.

I am a graphic design student who is required to print projects for school regularly during the school year. During finals week I accidentally turned in a print without taking pictures of it beforehand for the final submission. I went online to order an 11x17 double sided print. I called to see if they could get it printed by end of day and explained my situation. I was told I could do whatever I wanted with the printing machines but I wouldn’t be skipping the line for print over the counter. I understand not being able to, but there was no compassion at all with that response. I was kind and trying not to speak with entitlement. I have spent 100’s in prints for school but after this. I will no longer be returning.

I walk in I was never acknowledged. I printed off a document then I needed to scan the document to my email. There was a skinny, rude lady on the floor along with another guy hairy face just as rude. I ask him to start me with the scan and he ask me how many pages I said 5. So this joker selects $10 for payment. I only have 5 pages he should have selected $5. This place was very racist and unprofessional and clearly they try to rip folks off criminal. Support another business.

Excellent customer service. The manager, I don't recall if his name was James or Jason. I applaud you for your professionalism. I came in for a refund and you made it quick and easy. Thank you for keeping it simple.

Went into this location today to create EPK pamphlets for myself as a music artist. When I first came in, an elder representative, who was actually the manager, with glasses, was at the front desk. I told him my plan and he sent me to the self help section. I printed out my own first set of papers for my prints, which came out to $108. I then walked back to the counter to ask for help on how to make the booklets. The elder (maybe 50s or 60s) representative then explained the spiral books to me. His customer service was great. I added 20 additional books because his customer service was so great, with the behind the counter paper. He told me and my boyfriend that he would handle it for us and that it would take him about 30 minutes or so to finalize it, and that we could just come back. So 30 minutes later we came back, he was no where to be found on our order. Some young kid was on our order and he was completely all over the place . I asked where our original representative went, and he said he should be back soon. The young boy got confused on what he was charging us for, and didn’t know I made up my own prints, before talking with the elder and adding an additional amount. The boy was still confused. The young boy then charged us a $87 dollar priority fee for picking it up same day, which hadn’t been discussed with us at all. We would have come back another day to skip this fee. Nor did we ask him to start the order yet or anything. The elder representative was so great, that he just got to work. We ended up paying almost $500 for 40 spiral books, and 20 I paid for ahead of time. So I definitely think we just got over charged really bad, on top of the $108 I paid in my earlier prints. It was disappointing that our service was SO great to begin with and when we got back, it was a horrible interaction and I think I was financially cheated .

Most of the time when I use the self-print machine, something goes wrong with my print job. It's definitely frustrating, but however, the service team has listened to all the issues I had and resolved them to my satisfaction every time.

IF I WERE ABLE TO GIVE ZERO STARS THEN I WOULD! THIS IS ABSOLUTELY THE MOST POOREST FEDEX CENTER THAT YOU CAN EVER STEP FOOT IN!!!! IT'S WORTH DRIVING ALL THE WAY TO ROSEVILLE OR SOMEWHERE FURTHER JUST TO GET GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!The staff is ALWAYS BUSY DOING NOTHING! Literally, the store can be empty, and you can wait in line while they are standing right in front of you pretending they are doing something urgent on a computer, while 10 to 20 minutes will pass and they just leave you hanging!! there are only two copy machines in this store, most of the time one of the machines is not working properly or needs help, most of the employees don't even know how to fix a simple paper jam, they always push the blame on someone else.The store manager who drives the white honda, middle-aged man with black hair is the worst manager that you could ever imagine. he is not training his staff properly, he is actually worse than his worthless staff. all he does is listen to oldie music and talk about sports with his staff members knowing that there are a handful of people that need help inside the store.There staplers never have staples. their copy machines are always out of paper, they never have a simple pen laying around or a highlighter. they are always too lazy or busy doing nothing. they should all be fired because none of these people appreciate their job or know how to run the store

Absolutely the worst freaking fedex. My husband went to make a return for Amazon and the dude was so mean because it was a large package. This place is garbage.

I arrived here and was immediately greeted. Wonderful and friendly customer service. I was able to complete a return from an online order quickly and without any issues.
