One of the worst banks I've ever dealt with. I was recommended by someone to check out this bank as they had good experience. Unfortunately, its been nothing but a nightmare for me. The banker at the rancho branch set up my personal online banking without me and my permission and I had to jump through hoops to recover it as she used her own number for security. I was then called by her and told that they're about to close my business account and needed to provide her all the info I had already provided another banker. She told me that not only did she not have any of my information, but somehow didn't even have my email address on file. SO strange. I was never even provided any of my account information and I've been trying to get online access for the last 2 weeks for my business account. I finally connected with a regional manager by the name if Steve who said he would call me on Monday and help me fix everything and take care of me. I've now been calling and leaving him messages for the last two weeks trying to get this resolved and no call back. This is the worst bank on the face of the planet. I've had better service at big banks and never had a banker go behind my back and set up my online info. Most banks even provide you with bank accounts but this bank can't seem to even do that. Horrible. I'll be closing my accounts.

Apparently deadline for mortgage payments is 11 am, I went in there at 1:20 PM, they wouldn't accept my payment, also have a auto with them, and tried to asked them to refi my auto loan, their response was "its not worth it for us, we are not going to make money" worst Bank ever, have bad experience with them constantly!!

This is a new fancy location for the First Bank that used to be located on Sunrise Blvd. The entrance is a bit odd, they have doors that go right into the teller desk, but a big sign directs you to the other set of doors to the left. When you walk into the lobby, there is a Keurig machine, a nice touch I suppose if you think you're going to be there a while. Me? I hope to be in and out as quick as possible. The new set up has automated bill and coin machines that the tellers are using, maybe this is the wave of the future. A tellerless personalityless future. The usual teller at the old location wasn't there. I hope she was just off, she's really nice. Time will tell. The new location has far less parking as it is in a very busy strip mall, unlike the almost barren wasteland it used to be located in. I think I'll stick to going up to the Roseville branch as much as possible, since it is a teeny bit closer to my office. Again, time will tell.
