I got my car from this dealer and I am happy with them. For services I go this dealer also, they do their job great and I am happy with them. They attention to my request and have nice customer service and support.

Quinn Molina is the best, he is always willing to help and tell you professional what is the best thing to do with my car tire problem. Mike is also funny, No stress at all very good service. Erynn is so cool , she offered free car wash while doing oil change.This location I high recommend, got treated like a family, free coffee and snacks also. I love this place.Service is worth it to wait.

I will start by saying I am not a "rookie" at buying a new vehicle, e.g., last half dozen new vehicles I purchased were at invoice or less . . . That being said, the last new vehicle I purchased was 2007 (when I retired early, i.e., I felt there wasn't a need for a new car during retirement, as I did not feel I had to be anywhere on time any more). My MO was to forewarn the salesperson that he had one trip to the manager's office for a "point of contention" . . . and, if there was a 2nd disagreement, I would walk out the door. Essentially, I already knew the absolute, final price I was going to pay before I even drove to visit a dealership. Fast forward to approximately 3 weeks ago, after months of research (various makes and models), I had a very good offer from Serramonte Honda, albeit, it was a hundred miles plus away. Nevertheless, I asked local dealerships - Auburn, Shingle Springs, Capitol, Elk Grove - if they would match Serramonte's price? No one did, albeit, they tried to confuse or "muddy" their offers with add-ons, trade-in proposals, etc. In short, no deal. I was adamant I would get the price I wanted or I would wait until December time frame when the 2024s came out . . . and hopefully, the local dealerships would provide better prices for their 2023 RTLs. I understand unequivocally that dealerships make money from three primary areas of their operation; Sales (direct and cash back - monthly and annually), Service, and the Finance and Insurance (F&I) departments. Of course, they have to make money. That being said, no one wants to be a victim.This last Saturday, I contacted Folsom Lake Honda via email and outlined my proposal. Jeff Monioz, called me immediately and said, "Serramonte's price is $40,570.00 plus fees which is their protection package and the Phantom Footprints. We do not even do Phantom anymore as it has proven to be ineffective for theft of vehicles. My pricing will be a minimum of $750.00 less than their price on the vehicle that I have incoming. I will keep you updated as soon as the vehicles start to arrive. I will also give you the exact price when the vehicle actually hits the ground at the dealer, but rest assured that I am beating what you already have." Three days later the vehicle arrived and I purchased it yesterday. I was probably in his office and finance - a total of 1.5 hours. The vehicle already had almost $3000.00 worth of upgrades (2 sets of mats - winter and carpet; front/rear splash guards; chrome wheel locks, etc) that did NOT cost me a dime. Total dealer cost was $47,145.00 WITHOUT tax, license, DMV fees, etc. My "out the door" price with tax, license, DMV fees, etc., was $43,819.76 . . . WOW! I would be remiss if I did not mention Evan Watson in Finance. He was outstanding as well. If I was in his office for more than 20-25 minutes, I am exaggerating. The entire process with both Jeff and Evan was seamless. Last, but not least, I need to mention Daran whom also was beneficial and gave me some insight about the Honda Ridgeline RTL, along with other information I received the night before I visited the dealership. As long as I live in Pollock Pines, CA., Folsom Lake Honda will have my service and sales business. I apologize for the length of this review, but this organization impressed me! Again, thank you Folsom Lake Honda, Jeff, Evan, and Daran!

I would not bring my car back here for service. Everyone was friendly however they didn't perform a multi-point inspection like they said they would. In the days after I picked up my car, I found a damaged windshield wiper, a crack in one of my headlights, and a dirty cabin air filter. It was by coincidence that I noticed these things, however these should have been easily picked up during a multi point inspection had one been done, and obviously it wasn't . This is worrisome, especially heading into autumn/winter when the weather will get intense, and they are lying about services and creating potential safety issues. My inkling is that they are so busy on Saturday's that they cut a lot of corners. I would rather go to another Honda dealership that focuses on quality rather than quantity.

I have been going here for service for several years. I have always had competent and efficient service but my most recent service was EXCEPTIONAL in the way it was more customer specific oriented. My service rep, Erynn (?) Thurmond was personable, knowledgeable, and made sure my 2021 Insight received all scheduled service as well as some extras that would be needed in the near future, but not quite yet. She saved me a lot of time and money by anticipating my car's future needs. What a great asset Erynn is to Folsom Lake Honda.

I have been bringing my 2014 Accord here for service for years. Finally took the new car plunge and got top notch customer service. From the young man who took me for a test drive all the way to financing. They even delivered my new car to my house since I had to drive my car home. Thank you!

Been coming here for years to have my Honda Pilot serviced. I miss my former service advisor Eddie Dagstanyan who died unexpectedly during the pandemic. They have a more streamlined process where basic service appointments can go through an appointment lane on the express service side. Sometimes the wait can be long but I usually just hang out, read a book, etc.

would definitely go back and purchase more vehicles from here! i was not expecting to walk out with a vehicle but we left home with a brand new 2023 honda pilot! it has been a car i’ve been wanting for quite a while now so it was a very exciting and bittersweet moment. thank you for doing everything in your power to make it possible and also for being so informative and patient. i also liked how they worked with us to accommodate the monthly payment we were looking for.

I cannot even begin to express how grateful I am for Phillip, the guy who helped us with our car purchase. From the minute we got there, he was friendly, helpful, and not all up in our faces, which I appreciate. This man went above and beyond for my husband and I during the loan negotiations and I can't tell you what that meant for me. I literally cried in the dealership because this man has no idea what a blessing he was for us. 100000 star review, will absolute go back, but only if he's the one selling us the car! And the guy who signed all the Paperwork with us. He was pretty awesome too. Was able to multitask with us and entertaining our chatty three year old. Thais dealer is top notch in service.

The sales process was very organized. The negotiation process was smooth as well. There were a couple of back and forth's, however this is expected. It took me 4.5 hours for the complete buying process, which I think is standard. However, at an industry level, this is something that can definitely be improved.

Brayden was AMAZING if it wasn't for him meeting not only my needs but going above my expectations in ways I could even think or imagine, I wouldn't have a brand new 2023 Honda Accord Hybrid. He personally delivered my car to me at work 1hr and 30min away from the dealer and made the buying process so smooth and easier then I have ever experienced going to the dealership in person. I never thought i would buy a car on my 15min break but Brayden made it possible. Thanks Brayden I am so thankful!!

This is by far one of the worst dealers I’ve dealt with. They have no pride in the cars they sell or the service they provide. We picked up a new CR-V and the sales team was very unprofessional and lacked any knowledge of the vehicles. It was dirty when we arrived for our appointment and they failed to fully clean it before we left. We drove a few hours to pick up the vehicle and did not have the time to wait after the long wait for the paperwork to be finished. A new vehicle should be presented spotless so your customers have the comfort of leaving with their vehicles with no hidden blemishes. They also gave us the second key fob for another vehicle and we were unaware till two weeks later, when a box showed up with the right fob. Zero communication from Folsom and very dismissive of any concerns. If “inventory shortage” wasn’t a thing and we had other options, we would have not bought the vehicle from Folsom Lake Honda

100% reccomend!!!!! Truly, it was one of the most exceptional experiences of my life. The environment itself was very welcoming; from the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and a friendly posture that instantly put me at ease. Working with the managers Tom and Joseph and the rest of the team was truly amazing. As a student from another state, I needed a reliable car for commuting to and from school. They went above and beyond to ensure I received excellent service. I had heard about their reputation from my mechanic, who praised their dealership, but experiencing it firsthand proved they were even more remarkable than I had imagined. I am at a loss for words to express how satisfied I am. They diligently worked with me to try and accommodate my budget and made consistent efforts to find a suitable monthly deal for me. Their service was truly exquisite; they took great care of me throughout the process, and I left the dealership completely happy with my decision. Their patience and calm demeanor throughout the entire experience were truly appreciated. I have no regrets whatsoever, and without a doubt, I would highly recommend this place to anyone in need of a car.
