When is business going to realize they would have more sales and better customer service by using people instead of defective technology for scheduling follow-up? My experience was with window coverings. I was sent a confirmation with a different time and then wrestled with getting through on the number given to respond.

Home Depot along side of its app work wonders together. As long as you know what you need, you can find it in the app and it will literally tell you what aisle and bay to go get it from.

Customer service sucks. But what do you expect from corporate chains? Don’t expect to be able to get any help when you try calling them. They put you on hold and then they Hang up after a while.

I had a great experience with this young man who helped me find a stud finder. He pointed me directly to the right product and I was satisfied. I had to buy some batteries but couldn't figure out what type of batteries on the package it didn't say. The woman in the self-checkout area opened does stud finder package just so I can look and see. she was amazing too! I recommend this home Depot.

“Terrible service! I gave them a can of paint to mix with a colorant. Ten minutes later, I came back, and they handed me the can, assuring me it was ready. But when I got home, I discovered they hadn’t done anything at all! I wasted my time and money. I’m very disappointed and won’t be coming back. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.”

DO NOT SHOP HERE. I purchased a rat/mouse trap here, only to open it at home and find rat droppings/poop in the trap. They are selling used rat/mouse traps. Disgusting. How is that not a health concern. Whoever runs that department should be replaced. I'll be returning this, expecting a full refund and submitted a complaint to Home Depot corporate. This location should be investigated by corporate.
