I have been shopping at this GNC for the past several months and all my previous experiences have been great, but I haven't had such a postive expierence as I did today. I went in to get some preworkout and was helped by Keith. He was friendly and knowledgeable of the items I was looking for and provided great suggestions based off of my preferences. He also helped me by getting a discount on another item I was getting which was greatly appreciated. Keith's customer service was absolutely amazing and I would recommend this GNC to pretty much anyone.

I love this store location. Keith is there each time I go during the week. He is very knowledgable and helpful in explaining different products and how they interact with others. He always looks to apply discounts if he can and treats people with dignity and respect. Thank you Keith for the great customer service.

I went in to pick up some protein bars and Christopher,( the associate) helped me find exactly what I was looking for he is very knowledgeable about the products they sale. Outstanding customer service.

Came into GNC looking for a good pre workout and fat burner. Was greeted by Christopher who was pretty knowledgeable on what would best suit my needs. I needed up buying my supplements and left a very happy customer. I also took advantage of their summer sale. Thankful to have this store in my neighborhood.

I absolutely love GNC and frequently purchase things online but I havnt had the greatest experience trying to go into the store. Twice I've arrived 15 and 20 minutes before closing time and the doors are locked and lights are off... This last time was extra frustrating because I was rushing there after work, and even called to double check the closing time and I arrived at 6:40 and they are supposed to close at 7. This first time wasn't a big deal, life happens, maybe someone was sick or something but a second time is just irritating! Why tell someone you close at 7, list 7 on your door and online and then shut down early? Rude lol

GNC is my crunch time store for getting shredded, I've got a 1/2 Marathon in 7 days and the clerk asked me what I was looking for and nailed it with a trio of products. If you're looking for a faster path to tighter abs, more energy and less time invested, gotta love GNC. Additionally, this GMC is a franchise, not a corporate entity, and more inclined to helping their customers = I like that

Apparently they don’t close at 6pm on Sundays. I got there at 5:50 and was met with a locked door and two gym bro’s walking out. I informed them I know what I want, will be quick and informed them you guys don’t close until 6. Their response was, “We got a “call” to close the store early, go to Folsom though they will help you” That’s the last time I walk into (or try to) their overpriced store.

BEWARE!!! This is GROSS AND CHEAP protein! Very GROSS CLUMPY CHUNKS OF chocolate GOO float across the top of your drink. does not mix well. Cheap protein! BEWARE OF CHEAP PRODUCT! Went in there about a week ago, and was “helped out” by Keith. He made me feel stupid and looked at me up and down and made me feel very uncomfortable. He was very passive aggressive like okay bro chill we all gotta start from the bottom somewhere. Never will be coming back this was my second time coming in and both times were unpleasant. Please don’t let these gym rats get to your head.
