My family stayed at the Rancho location recently because of a very bad wind storm. We were worried about a very shaky tree coming down on our house. So we decided out of the dozens of hotels in our area, that we were going to stay at this hotel for a restful night sleep. We checked in around bedtime and tucked our 2 eight year olds into bed. Around 345 am we were jolted awake by the fire alarm blasting in our room and a puddle of water in the bed my husband and son were sleeping in. There was a drip of water coming in through the fire alarm which picked up to a steady faucet stream. My husband needed to put the trash can under it. The guest service moved us across the hall to another room. What a massive inconvenience. Not only that but my kids were awake for an hour or two after that. When checking out we were offered free parking. When I asked if that was it, we were offered $29 off our nights stay. This was super disappointing as I came to stay at this hotel for a restful night of sleep which was the opposite of what we received. We should have just stayed home and slept better. Lastly, because of this terrible experience at this hotel, I would have expected a full refund for the worst hotel stay of my life. I’ve emailed twice for them to remedy the situation and have received zero response. Great customer service.

Hampton Inns are one of my favorite hotel chains to stay at. Their spacious rooms, amenities, free breakfast/parking and cozy beds are the motive for booking. This had all of that except the beds. They need updating, at least our room did. Very springy and small for a queen, so it was a tossing and turning night. The staff was amazing. The man at the front desk, Cory, was very patient and understanding with our large group of soccer parents. We were loud, as expected from a big group. He was very kind and polite when asking us to keep it down. Then after 10:00 he referred us to the casino located almost right next to the property where we could continue our fellowship. Thank you Cory, for handling that situation with professionalism.Rooms: Nice to have a mini fridge and microwave in the rooms.

I've stayed at this location in the past and had nothing but the best experience. The staff are friendly and made me feel welcome. The breakfast was great with several options. I would definitely recommend staying at this location.

Great clean rooms. Comfy beds. Great staff. Yummy breakfast. Horrible parking situation. Very limited spots near the hotel and you get towed if you park in the other hotels in the very close area.Safety: Came back from a concert to find a homeless man vomitting in the parking lot. Felt unsafe after 9pm.Food & drinks: Good breakfast offerings. Lobby has a small fridge of sodas, water and snacks.

Super clean, it's a little studio apartment. We stayed for Aftershock, and couldn't have asked for a better experience. It comes with breakfast and fully equipped kitchen. Highly recommended to the Aftershock family!

I am writing to provide feedback on my recent stay at the Hampton Inn Sacramento/Rancho Cordova, where I have a Silver membership.Unfortunately, my experience fell short of the expectations I have come to associate with Hampton Inn. Despite my membership status, I did not receive a complementary water upon check-in, which was disappointing. Moreover, the room had a broken and malodorous air conditioning unit, making my stay uncomfortable. Additionally, the sink in the bathroom did not function properly, as no water came out when turned on.Furthermore, I encountered difficulties with the Wi-Fi service during my stay. It was consistently unreliable and ultimately hindered my ability to conduct business and enjoy my leisure time.I must also mention that the breakfast service left much to be desired. The quality and presentation of the offerings were subpar, and it did not align with the standards I have previously experienced at Hampton Inn establishments.

The bathroom sink faucet was so close to the edge of the counter, which caused water to overflow onto the counter. In addition, The bathroom sink was not leveled, which caused all the water to flow constantly on the ground. We found this out when my wife slipped in the bathroom. Very unsafe. I’m glad that it didn’t result in a broken or sprained ankle, or my daughter slipping and cracking her head on the counter. As you can see from the pictures, the faucet is inconveniently close to the counter which causes water to run down, and the sink is not leveled at all on the front corner.Food & drinks: The breakfast was decent. The breakfast eggs and sausage were pretty gross to be honest, but they provided a wide selection of food.

Easy off the freeway access. Self Parking is $14 for a Hampton inn it was a surprise to pay for parking. This Hotel looks recently renovated but the details were skipped and could be seen or noticed. It needs a good remodel cleaning.Breakfast was there and hot and ready.Rooms: Rooms were Remodeled, but needs a good thorough after remodel cleaning. Windows were dusty inside the room.

The staff at this location made me feel welcomed and valued. The room was clean, air conditioner was cool and quiet, everything was in good working order. The breakfast area had a nice variety, and the gym was well maintained. When I'm back in Sacramento for business I'll be making my reservations here.

I have stayed at many Hampton Inn hotels because of my previous positive experiences. This particular one at Rancho Cordova is "just ok" so I give it a 4 out of 5 stars because of their customer service is good and their staff are friendly and helpful. Unfortunately I changed my first assigned room because the bathroom door wasn't able to lock and the room is too smaller than usual. I requested a room change, the second room still has the same problem so I assumed their rooms are all like that. Another issue is that the carpets are worn out and dirty, their needs to be replaced in my opinion. Overall it's not that bad to stay here as their daily breakfast is good as well as their friendly staff and good customer service.

Everything was lovely, the room I was in the bathroom door didn't close properly but I was only there a night so not a big deal. The elevator functioned fine but looked a little dated. The staff was great and the stay was nice. Very close to a lot of businesses but a little out of town not too bad
