I’d give zero stars if possible. I bought a washing machine from them. The shipping company they use lost the washer and the delivery guys showed up without my washer. It’s been 2 days and they said they can’t locate it and refuse to send another washer. Don’t trust me them. Shipping company they use is Temco. Avoid at all cost.

Products stuck in the wrong spots to make the aisles looked stocked, broken/rusty products, only positive thing in the store was the employees, that do not acknowledge the customers, talking about getting a job at lowes.

Today I was purchasing a Air Compressor and Hose for less than $210. Recently i transferred my account to an individual card verses a shared family card and Home Depot decided to decline my measly purchase till I am able to give them the Checking Account number used on file to make the payments as a part of their security. 100% wasting my time, I've given Home Depot over $250k in business, this was above and beyond one of the most unprofessional business tactics I've ever seen in my life.
So, Home Depot is NO LONGER a perfect store.
Home Depot moral beliefs are not perfect, they apparently fired my favorite employee the day before her birthday, she was a single mother with multiple kids and no other source of income. This is a complete cutthroat action done by HD. This really troubles me as a customer, knowing that she was the primary source of income for her children. I feel employers NEED to give a 2 week notice of your termination. Why aren't places of employment held with the same sense of integrity, class in character or just plain Karma as when employees are moving onto a new horizon and leaving their place of employment. Have some class Home Depot, I know 100's of other HD customers are feeling the same as myself. I'm now rethinking my loyalty with HD. For me Lowes is starting to look more appealing to my personal moral and ethical beliefs.

I NEVER commplain. I am the kind of person who has so much empathy and understanding for people and understand when stores are busy or someone may be having a rough day. I normally shrug things off. Especially because i could not live with someone getting reprimanded because of me saying something. However today was such a bad experience. I asked for assistance moving heavy pots into two carts at the garden center. The woman at the register was doing her best and she seemed to be alone and had a long line. The machine was not taking card btw, only cash.... i waited over 15 minutes...in this heat btw. And no one came. One male younger worker came, looked around, and left again. I went after him to ask for help and he was talking to other workers inside the store outside the garden center. At this point i had already carried the heavy pots into the two carts. Which i normally dont ask for help but today i was wearing a dress and I had to. I told him i needed help taking the carts to the inside registers because of the cash only thing. As we continued walking, he turned around and asked me "where are we taking these" and i repeated, to check out inside.... once at the registers i asked if someone was going to help me take them to my car, he said oh yea someone will. Another worker said why dont you stay if you know shell need help to which he replied they need me somewhere else and theres only one of me. May i remind you he was talking to co workers.... he did leave and then when i was Checking out i asked again if someone would help me and the workers talked to eachother as if deciding who would help until one worker told the other that there was a person outside to help. And again, im pulling both carts by myself outside until someone finally was helpful. Josh was outside helping me pull the carts and he told me "i got you". He told me to pull my car up and loaded all the heavy pots even asking if it was okay to place them in the backseat knowing it may get dirty. I was telling him about what happened and how he was the only one that had been helpful. He apologized for my bad experience and said he was there to help. Thank you Josh for being a great worker and offering to help by actually doing your job and being so nice about it also. So sad this makes me not want to come here anymore even if i have the credit card. I feel embarrassed just writing this and posting.

I was looking for something in other stores, and the staff were very patient and enthusiastic to help me find it. I didn't get any help in this store, even though it was not busy. I hope they will be more patient with customers.

I needed to get a large sheet of wood trimmed down to a specific size. Met Tekell and he was outstanding. Not only was he super friendly, had a calm energy about him, but he was extremely helpful and made the experience perfect. A true asset to Home Depot!!

This was my first visit to this store and I returned a item. It was very quick and easy no questions asked, however I did have my receipt. Money was back on card in a hour. I like this store it's quite large

You might as well never try to call this store to find out anything. Unbelievable that no one picks up a phone in this store. IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO GET AHOLD IF SOMEONE IF YOU CALL. I've called 5 separate times and tried different methods to get ahold of someone. Been on hold for over 30 mins...
