“Can't say enough good things about the crew at the Pro Desk/Checkout. Jordan and Tom, Sharon and Jory. This is true old fashioned customer service being delivered consistently. They are always willing to help us find a product, load our truck, and check in with us to see if we have any other needs that they can help out with.
As a contractor we're always limited on time and looking for the best product at the best price. Lowes far surpases those other guys. The store is clean, well lit and well stocked. Thank you for making our many shopping experiences something we don't dread.”

She was incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, and patient with us, even though we visited the store on numerous occasions, we made many changes on what we wanted, and the selection process took over a month.
